Polo Beach Club 205! Direct ocean front views! Located in the highly sought-after beachfront stack. Enjoy incredible views of Polo Beach, Molokini Crater, Kaho'olawe, and the West Maui Mountains!

As you enter, you will be taken aback by the amazing views from your private lanai. With plenty of seating to dine or lounge, spend your days relaxing while listening to the sounds of the waves lapping on the beach. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Beautifully decorated with an elegance of the islands, this living space is open and inviting! Curl up with your favorite movie, complete with sofa, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. A great place to gather and unwind after exploring all Maui has to offer. Eat in! With views from the kitchen, no one will mind cooking. Well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a flat-top stove, ample counter space, plate ware, and utensils that are perfect for the inspired home chef. Enjoy dining indoors with seating for four or outdoors on your private lanai.

The guest bedroom offers two queen beds! Drift off for the perfect night's rest. Guest bath is conveniently adjacent. Complete with beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. Wake up to amazing views from the primary bedroom with king bed, luxurious linens, ceiling fan, and access to the lanai. The stunning ensuite bath offers a spa-like feel with walk-in shower, vanity, and a large closet.

Full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing. Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

POOL/SPA WORK: The pool and hot tub will be closed for approximately 2 weeks beginning Friday, August 29, 2025 to allow for piping and mechanical repairs to the filtration system. During this time, the pool and spa will be drained and no one will be allowed to access the pool deck. Lounge chairs will be moved outside of the pool deck on to the grass. Please call Reservations at (808) 891-2900 with any questions.

When you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We love the Polo Beach Club. You are right on the beach that isn't too busy (no walking through a resort), next to the boardwalk to access the other resorts and beaches and a great road for running on. The condo was super clean with a lovely arrangement of snacks once we walked in. The balcony was huge and loved the sitting area outside. Everything was super comfy. We'll be back in the spring!

Condo’s are older but nice. Need some updating. No exhaust fan in one bathroom, you can’t use both showers at the same time. One of you will have a cold shower! Beautiful views, very nice beach and pool area. We would stay here again.

Great View With Some Issues

We've stayed in the Polo Beach Club 3 times in different units. This unit is a good option but, it has issues. PROS: Excellent Views Nice layout Updated decor Full kitchen (except oven) CONS: We were given incorrect gate codes to get in. Finally another car came and we followed them in. We called the "24 hour" phone number on the gate and nobody answered. Once inside our phones went to SOS mode. It's a total dead zone with no cellular. We read all the information cards - no wifi info! Finally we noticed a clear acrylic stand with a QR code "use this for wifi information" noted. We tried this, but the page with the wifi info would not load, probably because it's a dead zone. We called the Coldwell Banker phone - no answer. We emailed them too - nothing. We had to check in with our kids so we had to walk to the nearest hotel to get wifi, to load the page with the wifi information, so we could have service in the condo. WHY not just leave the wifi on a paper on the front table with everything else??? Later a person from CB texted us but, we had it working by then. (We both work in marketing with QR codes, it was not our fault.) Even once we were connected, we had 1/4 of 1 bar on our phones the whole stay. TERRIBLE WIFI. This unit has a great view but the lanai (patio) is very shallow - 1 person deep. Fine for two people but, it was smaller than we thought. You could sit 4 people in dining chairs only side by side. As other reviews noted, the Master bed is lumpy

This property is the perfect location! We loved the view and ease of accessing the beach. As one of the more expensive units in Wailea, the unit itself was disappointing. The beds are sagging and uncomfortable, the kitchen does not have an oven and the there is only a 5 gallon water tank for the entire unit! Totally inadequate. The floors need some intense grout cleaning and the kitchen in general feels old and dirty with cement counters and sink.

View for miles

We had a great stay the condo was just like the pictures. The view form the living room and master bedroom prefect you felt as though you were on the water. The kitchen was the most equipped rental I have ever stayed at. The only problem we had was the tv;s it took us a long time to get them to get a station that we could watch some instructions would have been helpful and we could only get 3 stations to watch and the internet keep going out. We called the management they said they would send some one but that never happen we waited for about 2 hours. Then we went out to play. We never called again. I would stay here again.

2nd trip to Polo Beach Club

Pictures cannot come close to the beauty and overall feel of this condo. The decor was gorgeous with all the ocean colors and items from the sea scattered around the condo. The double slider doors to the lanai from both the master and the living room were amazing. We never closed them. Just slept with the screens shut. Since we’d been to Polo Beach before we new I was lovely and spotless and the beach was perfect. Snorkeling right from the sand it such a treat! The pool and hot tub are wonderful too. BBQ’d always clean and ready to use. It we hadn’t wanted to explore more of Maui, we would’ve never left the property! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation at the Polo Beach Club! The unit was spacious, had beautiful decor, a great layout for the rooms and living areas, the beds were super comfortable, and lots of useful supplies (beach chairs, beach towels, etc.). The building was in a great location with a calm and small beach just outside. We felt very safe and there were many friendly families staying there. The unit and location exceeded our expectations and we wished we could have stayed longer. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Celebrating Hawaii 5-0 birthday!

We came to Maui to celebrate my 50th birthday with 17 friends and family members so it was a very special occasion. This place was incredible! It is the best location in Wailea. I'm not sure there are any other condos or resorts that are this close to the beach. We could talk to our family on the beach from our balcony. We listened to the crashing waves all night. We were also close enough to walk to Fairmont for dinner and Four Seasons for shave ice and live music in the lobby lounge. The unit was fantastic and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, for books, games, beach towels and more. We were welcomed with a basket of local goodies! I would 1000% come back here!

This is the fifth time we have rented a property in the Polo Beach Club. This unit was a lovely as others we have stayed in. The views of the ocean are breathtaking and the sandy beach is just steps away for a day of enjoyment. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for a memorable vacation.

The only thing missing was an oven. Also, you should tighten up the faucets in the kitchen and guest bath before there is a big problem. Otherwise, a perfect place.
