The layout:

Bedroom: King size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with usb chargers, drapes, and closet space.

Bathroom: This bathroom and features a tub/shower combo, single vanity sink, fresh towels, and lux organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen , breakfast bar for 4, smart TV with cable, queen sofa sleeper, window unit AC, & ceiling fan. The unit has in unit washer/dryer.

Lanai: Dining table with seating for 4 people. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for your use.

***Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. We do not stock extra and supply more than most on island hosts. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***

We do have a $75 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damage, Accidents happen, we have you covered.

***The unit overlooks Kihei road and the ocean which is a perfectly central location in the heart of all the action in Kihei. You can walk to everything, however you may hear some obvious road noise with the lanai door open due to it being on the ocean side so if this is a problem please do not book.***

* **There is also some construction happening in the building for the rest of 2024. No amenities are effected, but there may be some surrounding noise Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm***

It's all about the location... Walk out of the complex, cross the street and end up at Cove Park and Kalama Park. Cove Park is one of the best surf spots in south maui that leads to Kalama Park perfect for sunsets, picnics, swimming, whale watching, and lounging. Go downstairs and you'll find some retail shops and a deli thats part of the building. South Maui Garden Food Truck Park is steps away right next to this condo complex also. Located in a beautiful nursery this food truck park is open daily and has many options. There are also many other dining shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road. The resort has a swimming pool, BBQ area, elevators, and free parking.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Our units are cleaned and inspected.
