Fully remodeled in November 2024, unit 313 is a custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcoming you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

For my girlfriends 20th birthday, we decided to take a last minute trip to Hawaii. With lots of places booked out we were concerned with getting a very nice place. She found this place, and when we arrived it exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful, the places was extremely clean. They had pots pans and everything you need to cook so I was able to cook my love an amazing breakfast with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this place, its in a great location and everything was so close by.

This is a must-stay place if you enjoy a great location in a modern condo with everything you need! I was very impressed with the well thought out design that is very accommodating to visitors. Not to mention being steps away from a wide open beautiful beach with plenty of sand! I would 100% recommend this condo and also return here again! Also a big plus to be so close to the Kehei food trucks!

This was an amazing place. We stayed there with our 15 month old son. We were right on the beach and saw turtles on every stroll we took! Spectacular little condo close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our stay!

I've stayed at this complex 7 times. This is by far the nicest unit I've seen. Comfortable bed and furniture, and the split ac helps keep the unit a consistent temperature.

Great views from the lanai. Perfect central location and many amenities nearby (grocery store one block away, shipping center two blocks away with food trucks, restaurants). Everything inside the condo was brand new and clean. Lots of essentials included (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, q-tips/cotton pads/cotton balls, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, beach chairs
 so much more). Other building guests were quiet. Sea turtles frequently (frequent enough to warrant a sign explaining the need to keep at least 10 feet of distance) lay on the beach just a 5-10 minute walk on the away. I will definitely be returning!

Property was exactly as listed. Unit was spotless. It felt newly remodeled with thoughtful upgrades. As previously mentioned the highlights are unobstructed ocean views from the lanai - perfect for morning coffee / afternoon drinks. The beach access is immediately infront of the property and the provided beach gear was so perfect for catching those amazing sunsets and admiring the sea turtles coming up to sleep at night. All in all a perfect stay and host was extremely accommodating. The unit is also conveniently located in close proximity to some of the best dining/food trucks on the island. Grocery store is walking distance which was another plus! We can’t wait to come back!Helpful tips:As stated there is no elevator but not an issue unless you have a lot of luggage / mobility issues (trade off is top floor and epic views)The beach here is stunning but the water is too murky to snorkel in (maybe time of year / wind conditions when we were there?) Not a big deal as a few mins south there’s awesome snorkeling.

You cannot beat the view of this particular property. We have stayed at another unit previously, but this one has been remodeled and has attended to every detail in the design and the amenities. I hope to always stay here in the future! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out!

Thank you for letting us stay at your home. It was beautiful with gorgeous views!! The condo was beautifully decorate with everything you would need. The beach bag and chairs came in very handy as well. Such a wonderful place to stay that is close to everything. Grounds and pool are very kept up and the beach is beautiful and only steps away.

We loved staying at Hale Kai O Kihei 313. The decor and the cleanliness were top-notch. The location was on the beach and for being in a busy part of town still felt removed and quiet. We enjoyed the ocean breeze in the morning and evening, and the views never got old. It is in walking distance to a lot of amenities, though it is not a pleasant walk, because South Kihei road is very busy. If you are looking for an affordable, clean, beachside, centrally located condo, this is your spot!

We had the best stay in Maui at this property. It was clean and tidy. Had all the utensils and comforters that we needed and more. Everything was brand new. And the views are spectacular especially at sunset. We hope to come back and stay here again soon.

Seriously amazing! We stop at the store on the way to all rentals for the basics (coffee and filters, extra toilet paper, laundry pods, and ice for drinks). We should not have done that for this rental. Completely stocked! The location is fantastic. Walking distance or a 7 uber to all of the good bars/restaurants in Kihei. There is even an air fryer (for incredible leftover pizza!). I asked if there were binoculars in the unit (just in case we missed them when looking for them) and someone showed up with them less than 30 minutes later. Cannot recommend more highly. Thank you, we will be back!

The condo was beautifully renovated, and was a wonderful 'home-base' for our family's trip to Maui! It had everything we could have wanted for a relaxing vacation: modern kitchen, access to a BarBQ, washer/dryer in the condo, plus beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board! We loved the location with outstanding ocean views from the condo and just steps to the beach, yet close to amenities. As well, being on the 3rd floor of the unit meant it was super quiet, and we really enjoyed being in Kihei with easy access to roadways to explore the island. This condo was really the perfect complement to an amazing vacation5

This condo was very clean and updated! I loved every aspect. The location is perfect close to stores and shopping. And the most amazing thing of this condo was the view! We got to enjoy our dinner on the balcony with the sun going down right in front of us. I would rent this condo over and over again.
