  • Le Maui Sunset est célèbre pour ses pelouses bien entretenues et son emplacement en bord de mer. La forme en V des deux bâtiments assure que tout le monde regarde vers l'océan. Mais ce condo est au dernier étage et la plus proche une chambre à l'océan. Seules les 2 chambres sont plus proches. J'aime cette vue.

    Grand appartement en copropriété privée au complexe de condominiums de villégiature sur la plage ensoleillée Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 chambre avec salle de bains privative attenante. 2ème salle de bains dans le couloir avec douche, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine avec bar. PLUS grande vue privée pont regardant vers l'océan. Les chaises de plage, serviettes de bain, appareils de taille complète, y compris la climatisation et laveuse sécheuse. Informations générales: Le Maui Sunset se trouve sur plus de 5 acres de bord de mer à Kihei qui est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs endroits de la vallée de l'Isle. Kihei est réputé pour son ensoleillement de l'année, alizés doux, et l'air apaisante du soir. Elle est l'une des régions les plus sèches et les plus ensoleillées sur toute l'île, en moyenne seulement 10 pouces par an! Le célèbre piscine et des plages de plongée en apnée sont à quelques minutes à l'une des nombreuses plages de sable sûres à Kihei et Wailea à proximité. Juste une courte distance (6 miles) de cinq championnat de 18 trous de golf resort at Wailea et Makena. Les deux bâtiments encadrent et protègent une grande zone de loisirs qui est soigneusement assisté et paysagé. Le 60 pieds piscine avec ses larges terrasses et l'abondance des meubles de piscine vous invite à améliorer votre bronzage. The furniture in the unit was old, dirty and uncomfortable and the big rattan chair was broken. The A.C. window shakers were noisy and the timers are a nuisance. The AC in the bedroom was the worst and we called to have ii replaced and it was done without question. We should have had the ceiling fan in the bedroom replaced as well because on any speed but high it made a terrible buzzing sound. There was an infestation of ants in the kitchen, I asked for some taro but never followed up on it with maintenance. After all taxes and fees the room was definately not worth the 400+ dollars a night we paid.

Reviewer Comments: We had 12 family members staying at the Maui Sunset and it has everything that the adults and children need to relax and close enough to enjoy the beaches, snorkeling and boating. We rented four condos that are fully equipped. The grounds are maintained daily along with the large pool and six gas grills. The views from the balconies are beautiful looking out to the ocean and the West Mountain with fantastic sunsets. The staff is great, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it all. Your security man, Joe from Jersey is a pleasure to talk with. Thank you. We will return again.

This year B514 was the winner. Everyone who traveled with us said next year they want a unit that sits up higher with better views. The B building is definitely set up at a better angle than the A building. Unit B514 did not disappoint. It was very clean, new wood floors, and everything worked properly. Thanks again.
