Maui Banyan Resort is situated on 8 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds located in South Maui across the street from the popular Kamaole Beach Park II. This white sandy beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It is a 5-minute drive to the Wailea Resort shops, golf courses, and tennis courts. Maui Banyan features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking. Take a walk on the sand just directly across the street or lounge by one of the pools with your favorite book. This complex has something for everybody; upscale amenities, a relaxing atmosphere and a prime location right in the heart of Kihei. Several great restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as a surf school!

The bedroom has a king bed and TV. A pull out sofa bed in the living room is for extra guests. There's also a TV in the living room. There's cable, Smart TV with apps and Apple TV. Both the bedroom and the living room have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Each room has a Mitsubishi energy efficient air-conditioning unit. Basic kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and others. A washer and dryer are available if you need to do laundry. Guests may use basketball and cards for tons of fun. There is snorkle gear and beach chairs as well. Hair dryer and shampoo are also available. For your safety there are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. The parking garage is close to the condo. Convenient shopping carts and trolleys are provided to help with luggage and grocery transport. The unit is accessible through ramps and elevators.
Guests to this home will have access to two pools, two hot tubs, outdoor barbecues, tennis court, and lounge chairs. Aside from beautiful beaches, the neighborhood is also in great proximity to golf courses and all of the convenient services in Kihei. There are also more sunny days on this part of Maui.
