The layout gives this 767-square-foot, two-bedroom condo an elevated place to come home to. It sleeps up to six across three beds and has two baths, a helpful arrangement when everyone returns from the beach at once. The kitchen supports meals at home, and the private lanai adds a spot for morning coffee. Private laundry, air conditioning, WiFi, and an in-room safe handle the rest of the routine.



Guest Access:

Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

This part of Keawakapu Beach sits just above the South Kihei and Wailea divide, where the shoreline is the main attraction. The beach invites a morning walk and a low-key afternoon near the water, while South Kihei has restaurants, groceries, and beach parks when you need supplies or a change of plan. Wailea's beaches and dining are close in the other direction. Families will appreciate a location where the sand, resort pool, and dinner options can all be part of an easy day.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

**Please note: Restaurant Construction and Building Maintenance happening. There will be construction noise, particularly in the lobby area. However, any work will be restricted to weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with no construction activity on weekends or holidays. The lobby bathrooms will unfortunately be out of service during construction.
