Leinaala Oceanfront #203 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor of an oceanfront complex, with a panoramic ocean view, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 flat-screen TVs, a Blu-Ray player, complimentary Wifi, and a telephone for local calls. There is a standard king bed, a queen sofabed, and a walk-in shower (no tub). This is unit is cooled with a window unit A/C in the living room, a portable a/c in the bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. For outdoor enjoyment, Leinaala Oceanfront #203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Everything was great except for the following, the noise from the tennis court which ruined the serenity. There were too many remotes to operate the television in the living g room and I was unable to adjust the volume on the tv in the bedroom. Besides the tv issues the condo was excellent.

The property is old but fairly well maintained. The unit is dark but the view from the balcony is excellent. The sliding glass door needs attention desperately.

My daughter’s graduation vacation

My husband and I took our daughter on this trip for her high school graduation. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed our accommodations so much! The place is in a perfect location..close to everything but not busy. The view of the sunsets is incredible! We loved sitting on the beach and looking for turtles. The place was clean and nicely stocked! We were very happy with our choice and recommend it to others!

Perfect view for watching whales in the morning and sunsets in the evening. A short drive to restaurants and shops but road is busy and not walkable as there is no sidewalk hence the one star off location

This unit had everything I needed and more! I recommend this unit and would stay here again. THE LOCATION: The sunset view facing the ocean, West Maui mountain, & Lanai is the highlight every night. Green sea turtles can be found just a short beach walk away in both directions. Leinaala building maintains nice grounds, laundry on site, assigned parking, and conveniently located in Kihei. It’s a small building so beaches aren’t crowded. THE UNIT: This foodie loved making meals in the beautiful well stocked kitchen. The condo stayed cool in the afternoon with a sun shade on the lanai, a/c in the living room and bedroom. Mornings,I usually open the lanai screen door and front door to enjoy the cross breeze of the trade winds. I also appreciated and utilized the beach supplies (chairs, mat, umbrella, soft sided cooler). Furniture is nice and the bed is super comfortable. MANAGEMENT: Rentals Maui, Inc communicated professionally and timely. They alerted me for payment, check-in, check-out, and followed up when I had a question.

Great Place in a Great Central Location!

We stayed for a week and loved it! Check-in was super easy, the condo was clean and well kept, and the beach was just steps away. The beach was great for our 6 month old infant as there were no waves due to the reef that surrounded it. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

Great property. Could hardly believe we found a condo of this quality at this price point. Had everything we needed. Sunrise and especially sunset views from our balcony were incredible. Could watch the whales from our balcony and see the other islands in the horizon. Took advantage of the bbq and kitchen to save on meal costs.

Location, location, location!!

The condo was well appointed. We did not cook while there- so I can’t speak to the cooking supplies- they had beach chairs- unfortunately it was too windy and we had other trips planned to use them- definitely was glad to have the air conditioners!

Great location with a wonderful view

Centrally located in Kihei so it was an easy drive to any particular location in Maui. Close to supermarket and restaurants and an absolutely fabulous view from the lanai. It was a great place to start the day or to relax and watch the sunset when winding down at night.

Good accommodations with a fantastic view of the sunset - absolutely perfect location - just walk outside onto the lawn (see their pictures). Check in was easy and we wouldn’t change a thing. Restaurants are within walking distance.
