Welcome to Kamaole Sands 8-204. This beautifully updated 2nd floor condo is the perfect place to make your Maui memories. This condo is fully equipped to accommodate 4 guests. There is split AC in both the living room and the bedroom, & ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your garden and Haleakala view lanai. Kamaole Sands is located in the heart of S. Kihei where some of the best beaches, dining, & shopping is located. Cross the street for Kamaole III Beach park, a local & tourist favorite.
The layout:
Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, Smart TV with cable, Queen sofa sleeper with linens, split AC, ceiling fan, dining table, and sitting chairs. There is also an In unit washer/dryer.
Lanai: Bistro table and sitting chairs. We supply beach gear for your use including chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler. NO snorkel gear. Please clean sand off before bringing back in the unit.
Bedroom: King size bed, split AC, ceiling fan, Smart TV with cable, usb chargers on nightstands, and closet space.
En suite Bathroom: Single sink vanity with custom walk in shower and cabinetry.
Bathroom 2: Single sink vanity with walk in shower and custom cabinetry.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.
***There is construction going on in surrounding buildings as the resort is improving its plumbing and roofs. You may hear or see surrounding work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No resort amenities like elevators or pool will be effected.***
***The Kamaole Sands Resort charges guest an $30 fee upon check in. Please not this is NOT included in the total.***
It's all about the location... Walk out of the complex and find dining, shopping, and beach rental options. Cross the street and end up at Kamaole III Beach Park, a favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many more dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road. Kamaole Sands has lush tropical grounds with ponds, fountains, tennis courts, pool, and hot tub.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this rental or give guest any right to any refund, or rental adjustment. South Kihei offers some of the best beaches, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, boat charters, shopping, dining, and more. This resort is located right across from Kamaole III Beach Park.
