Comptoirs en granit, superbes vues sur la piscine et l'océan. Nouvelle salle de bain douche et baignoire. Tout simplement fantastique emplacement et une vue imprenable sur la piscine, l'océan, les palmiers dans l'oasis tropicale de Maui Sunset.

Grand appartement privé en copropriété dans le complexe de condominiums sur la plage ensoleillée de Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain privée attenante. 2ème chambre et salle de bain au bout du couloir avec douche, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine avec bar. PLUS grande terrasse vue privée donnant sur l'océan. Chaises de plage, serviettes de piscine, appareils de taille complète, y compris la climatisation et laveuse sécheuse.
Vraiment, il suffit de frapper l'épicerie et vous êtes prêt pour la semaine!

Informations générales:
 Le Maui Sunset est situé sur plus de 5 hectares de front de mer à Kihei, qui est considéré comme l’un des meilleurs emplacements de la vallée de l’île. Kihei est réputée pour son ensoleillement toute l'année, ses alizés doux et son air apaisant en soirée. C'est l'une des régions les plus sèches et les plus ensoleillées de l'île, avec une moyenne de seulement 10 pouces par an! Les plages de natation et de plongée en apnée de renommée mondiale sont à quelques minutes de l’une des nombreuses plages de sable sûres de Kihei et de Wailea, à proximité. À une courte distance (6 milles) de cinq parcours de golf de championnat 18 trous à Wailea et Makena. Les deux bâtiments encadrent et protègent une vaste zone de loisirs soigneusement aménagée et aménagée. La piscine de 60 pieds avec ses larges terrasses et son abondance de meubles de piscine vous invite à améliorer votre bronzage.

Nice property and friendly staff, the unit could use some new furniture as the couches were stained. The pool and the beach were great.

Nice condo

We enjoyed the condo. It has a nice view and the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful. It was always easy to find a parking space. The Murphy bed was very convenient. The condo was a comfortable size for 5 adults. The one drawback was the lanai is shaded all the time.

Clean, up to date, comfortable furniture, kitchen is well stocked, grounds are very well maintained, watched pool crew spending a lot of time every morning ensuring the all is clean and in proper chemical balance. Complex was very accomodating in allowing us to use the pool and grounds prior to check in as well as post check out (we arrived early and had an evening departure). Beach wasnt a disappointment however not the most enjoyable. Small area and quite shallow going out 100 yards. We mostly went down the road to another beach where kids and adults had more fun.

The A/C in the family room was not working properly and we reported it to maintenance, but he couldn’t fix it. We ended up purchasing two fans that we left behind. There was also an any problem in our unit, otherwise overall the trip was great.

Loved it

Location was great. Close to some great food places, short distance to most of the excursions we went on. Condo had everything we needed and the amenities were great. We particularly liked the shuffleboard. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 stayed here for 7 days. The room (B216) was as described and matched the photos. The room was clean but a little out dated. It lacked many of the amenities we are used to with renting a condo such as proper cooking ware or seasonings/ condiments . There were a few beach chairs and a boogie board but no cooler or bags for a beach trip. The property was incredibly clean and well maintained. It has a large heated pool and hot tub which were very clean. The beach was nice to walk on but not the best for swimming . The location is perfect and a short 5 minute drive to great places to eat. There were many rules for the pool and the night guard was very strict. Some nights the pool /hot tub was closed early and children were not allowed to play with any toys in the pool ( balls, floaties ext.) which is understandable if there are others around but seemed a little strict when it was only our family and another with small children at the pool. We would highly recommend staying here and will stay again the next time we go to Maui.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived noticed stains and dirty carpet in our condo.. old/dirty couches..a/c didnt work in bedrooms.. tv in masterbdrm did not work..dirty cookie sheets in oven with ransid oil and food particals on them/putrid smell.. no beach towels in rm..very disappointing.. the rugs/couches were cleaned the next day..along with a/c and kitchen mess fixed.. beach towels took another call & another day later.. never recieved promised coffee pods.. master bdrm tv never worked the entire time..on 3rd day freezer door wouldn't no freezer last 3 daysthere... very inconvenient..everything else ok.. comfy beds at least.. nice grounds and clean pool..

The condo needs a little TLC. The carpets were very dirty, the photo showed bar stools, there are none. The TV in the living room had a problem with the sound, the TV in the second bedroom did not have a remote. The couches need a good cleaning, called house keeping because it looked like the fans were dirty but they are old & need paint or replacing. The footboard on the beds are dangerous. We all hit our knees or shins. I jammed my toes on my foot because the bedspread covered it the first day, still bruised. We're not sure we would stay here again, definitely not this unit. Carrie, Renee & Steve were very helpful & replied to my questions quickly.

The TV's didn't work properly, one missing the remote. We all were bruised from the footboard on the beds, they were covered with the bedspreads & hit our knees & shins. One person hit their toes causing sprain & bruises. We liked the location of Maui Sunset but would look at other properties.

Great view and location

Even though it was on the second floor it had a great view of the awesome pool area, mountains and ocean Iit was nice to sit on the patio in the AM. Grounds were kept very nicely. Amenities in the condo were good. Plenty of things to cook with, lots of boogie boards, noodles and beach towels which we used a lot. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit when we got there. Floors and toliets were dirty and other things. TV in second room turned on but you couldn't get any channels to come on. Couple of suggestions; possibly change cleaning company, update to softer more comfortable bedding and provide beach chairs if possible. Overall everything was very good, would definitely stay again. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the first contact we had with the woman at the front desk who worked weekends, we were not impressed. She was short tempered and seemed like we were putting her out. Our whole group had rented five rooms, and so we were trying to see if we were close together. The rooms were clean. But we did notice an ant problem in the kitchen. The first morning that we had “orientation” it was stated that there was a “tropical” breakfast- it was pineapple and water. Not too impressive. And the orientation felt like a giant sales pitch for restaurants and activities that went on way too long. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities and also the shuffle boards. That was a nice addition. The location was nice, right on the beach, but that beach was not great for swimming. The public park, behind the hotel had police there a couple times and seemed kinda rough. Most likely won’t stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This resort was in a good location. Convenient to many water excursions. Good luck actually getting what you pay for however. The room we reserved, #216 claimed there were two beds in the guest room for our two adult guests, however when we received the room, there was only one bed. The place was a bit run down with broken faucets, missing kitchen drawer pulls and toilet paper dispensers over the toilet seat (that was weird). I have stayed at condos of lesser quality before where they provided at least the basic staples, whereas this condo provided zero staples. When you come for a week, and get a condo you plan to cook in some. This room had nothing, no sugar for coffee, to Pam for the frying pan, no salt for the table, etc.
