The oak hardwood floors extend into an expansive, functional kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, windows over the sink, and a glass door leading to a new sunroom with vaulted ceiling. The gas cooktop set into the center island is also new, and double wall ovens, two dishwashers, and an expansive Sub-Zero® refrigerator offer plenty of capacity for family gatherings. Both the sunroom and living room open onto a wide sundeck extending the width of the home.
