    The Space:

    Spacious, private, convenient to beach and Night Heron Park, this cottage continues to be a favorite of Kiawah visitors. This cottage features a wide sundeck, roomy living area and sunny skylights, providing guests with maximum comfort. This property has a king bedroom, two twins and a sleeper sofa and can accommodate up to six guests with parking for two cars. There is a deck with gas and charcoal grill, screened porch with a lagoon view. An open-air outdoor shower is available (cold water only). Three TVs, wireless internet, 250 yards from the beach access.



    This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.



    This cottage is available for full-week rentals only.

Property was lovely very clean and very roomy. It was well supplied in the kitchen . The two decks one covered and one not are beautiful if it’s not too hot to go out there.It’s a pretty easy walk to the beach as well. Overall, it was a great property.

We love the location of the cottage unfortunately the neighbors next door were very loud and disruptive there was also construction going on two doors down a lot of contractors coming and going. Getting through the front gate to get our pass took over 20 minutes in line which was ridiculous and very frustrating. The cottage itself was well stocked with everything we needed and was comfortable. We were here to celebrate our anniversary and would visit the island again 🙂

Perfect location for family beach vacation

Wonderful private location on a quiet street with a quick walk to the beach. Adjacent to a pond with a nice forest view and relaxing night time sounds. Two full bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Location Location Location

We’ve gone to Kiawah for years but this was our first trip to this property. It’s a short few minute walk to the beach or a 30 second bike ride. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation; updated kitchen and baths, comfy furniture, good WiFi. And the price was unbeatable, especially considering the location.

A new cottage for an annual Kiawah Christmas trip. Listing info is accurate. Positives: charming interior, about 50 yards from beach entrance, clean and well equipped, quiet neighborhood, great shower and hot water, plenty of space. Other: a bit dark inside due to tree canopy and a 10 diget entry code. Overall very satisfied.
