A beautiful 1st floor one bedroom, two bath Pelican Watch Villa! This is the perfect place to enjoy Seabrook Island and its nearly 4 miles of private beach. You will enjoy amazing sunset views from your ocean front deck. Seabrook Island is sure to be one of your favorite vacation spots! This quiet island community has large live oak trees draped with moss. Ride around the 6 miles of pristine beauty, noticing the deer, osprey, herons and bald eagles. Watch the dolphins frolic along the coastline. For the sporty vacationer, there are two 18-hole championship golf courses, 15 Har-tru tennis courts, Pickleball courts,and even an Equestrian Center offering beach rides , as well as trail and pony rides!

This one bedroom villa is inviting with its open floor plan. Large sliding doors allow unobstructed ocean views from the living area. The great room has a sleeper sofa for guests, and large Smart TV. The dining table seats six, and two stools serve the kitchen counter. The kitchen has glass front custom cabinets, granite counters and tiled backsplash. Off the kitchen is the laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen has been stocked with all your basic needs. Out on the deck is a sofa and chairs. The perfect spot to start your day with a morning cup of coffee and end the day with a glass of wine. The sunsets will mesmerize you! The door off the deck leads out to the beach boardwalk. A short stroll down the boardwalk and your toes will be in the sand.

The villa has one bedroom and two bathrooms. In the primary bedroom you will find a King bed and private bath. The bathroom has a granite topped vanity and tub/shower. In the bedroom there is a wall mounted Smart TV. Off the entry hall is the second full bathroom with walk-in shower. The great room has a sleeper sofa for guests, and large Smart TV.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (a.k.a. SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
