Property Description

The Tidehaus at Duneside is a newly updated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath oceanfront villa on Kiawah’s quiet West Beach. With fresh renovations, high-end finishes, and a calm coastal palette, it offers a comfortable, classic retreat close to the sand and within walking distance of the Cougar Point Clubhouse, community pool and scenic bike paths.

Inside, the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together with high ceilings, soft natural light, all professionally decorated with coastal ambience. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a relaxed morning coffee.

The villa includes two king suites, each with an updated private bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bath and a bunk room with a twin/full bed and private bath.  There's a powder room and laundry room/bar just off the kitchen.

Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used by the guest.

When you are ready for a beach break, take a 15 minute bike ride and you'll find Freshfields Village which offers shopping and dining.  Be sure to have lunch or drinks at the Turtle Point Clubhouse, which is a 5 minute walk from the villa.  There are miles of scenic trails perfect for biking and exploring. If you’re up for a day trip, downtown Charleston is only a 30-minute drive away.
