« This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...

« The hotel is beautiful. The property is lovely and the proximity next to Gino Paradise was wonderful for some serious waterslide and wave pool fun! The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the way the staff treated the neighbourhood cats and dogs- always petting them and giving them treats and being kind.
