Updated Condo with Private Patio Looking Out to Pool in Lakeside Village!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, two-story condo is located in the Plaza building. This condo sleeps 9 across a King bed, a Queen bed, a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, and a Queen sized sleeper sofa. It features a private patio looking at the shared pool and mountains in the background. The Plaza Condominiums are conveniently located in the Lakeside Village area of Keystone. The Keystone Conference Center, shops, restaurants, and activities are just steps away. Keystone Lake is located at the center of the village, offering spectacular water and mountain views as well as activities. Rent a paddle boat in the summer or ice skate in the winter! Fishing is available right out the front door on Snake River. You also have access to Keystone Lodge & Spa next door that features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities. The owner personally recommends Nowhere Pizza and Pub for delicious wood-fired pizza's, just a short-walk from the backdoor!

Upon entry to the main floor guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer, and more! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and coffee. Enjoy your home cooked meal with the whole family, the dining area seats six and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar.

The living area features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and cozy furnishings. Cozy up in the window nook with a book or watch the snowfall across treed views with mountains in the distance. For additional sleeping options the couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. Additional linens are in a closet.

Head upstairs and you will find the bedrooms. The spacious primary suite features a King sized bed, mounted TV, and an en suite bathroom. There is ample room to store your items with a dresser and large closet for guest use. The primary bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops. There is also a water room for added privacy. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The first guest bedroom, located down the hall, features a Queen sized bed and a mounted TV. The second guest bedroom features a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and mounted TV. The guest bathroom features granite countertops and a standing shower with grey tiling. The private washer and dryer is also located in the guest bathroom.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

First time to Keystone, had a great stay and this unit was perfect. Close to the bus stop and within a mile drive of anything you want or need in Keystone.

This unit sleeps 9 people, but they only provide you with ONE parking spot. We had to pay $25 PER NIGHT for the 5 nights we stayed to have somewhere to park our other car, which was not even on the same property. This was quite the headache and honestly very frustrating that we weren’t told this before booking. Other than parking, the place was clean and the amenities were nice!

Location and property itself was nice, despite the thin walls and being able to hear everything through out the night. Main reason for poor review is the fact that we had no TV and no Wi-Fi throughout the entire duration of our stay. After many phone calls with property mgmt and calls to xfinity, it was determined that the owners had a past due balance and could not contact the owners. The property mgmt handled the situation very poorly being that it took them 24 hours to come out to determine the issue and the fact that they initially told me, the guest, to contact xfinity to resolve. Went to speak with Adam, the keystone summit property mgr about some sort of compensation, and he said he could only do what the signed rental agreement states. I informed him that we wouldn’t have signed it had we known there was no Wi-Fi and TV. His response was that he also didn’t know about it. So disappointed in Keystone Summit Property Mgmt!

For the most part, the condo was nice; however, there was so much 'party' noise going on both nights that we were unable to sleep. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation. Many of the 'acitivities' that we were looking forward to were not open/available. Some of that may have been due to rain, but not all.

The back door when we arrived was unlocked, My suggestion would be to upgrade the backdoor lock to the same key-card lock. A little strange to go out the back door to the pool and either leave the door unlocked to have to go all the way around to get into the condo. the other condos with pool side doors have done that upgrade.

This place was great. It had everything we needed (I read previous reviews and brought salt/pepper/pot holders which I think should have been included). Very cozy and nice. The only con was that the upstairs got really hot, so we had to open the windows at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location around Keystone lake with the Lodge restaurant/spa and amenities just out the door. Conference center is only about a 5 min walk. Very comfortable unit with a nice layout having the bedrooms upstairs and living room / kitchen downstairs. Quite spacious yet cozy. Clean with comfort beds.
