Townhome w/ Easy Access to Resort w/ 2 Private Balconies & a Sauna!
This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with two king beds and two queen beds. It features vaulted ceilings that lend an open feel and the kitchen has granite countertops. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna on the lower level. Private laundry, wood-burning fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.
The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a smart TV. Just off the living area is the first private deck that faces south offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views!
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. Enjoy the family meals around the brand new dining table that seats eight. Next to the dining table is a wine cooler. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The laundry room is on the main level near the stairs.
Also on the main level is the first guest bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed. The second deck is just through this room and it faces north offering treed and mountain views, seating, and access to greenspace. The bathroom for the main level is attached to this room and the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna and shower area.
Upstairs are two primary suites and another guest bedroom. The first primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops. This bathroom is spacious with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is newly remodeled. The second primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)
*Please note that we have a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. The homeowner also leaves one vehicle permanently parked on one side of the two car garage. Parking at this rental includes one garage space and 2 outdoor spaces in the driveway.
