This recently remodeled, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a brand new King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful views of Keystone Lake and the surrounding mountains. Ideally located in Lakeside Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The walking path is just outside your private patio and will take you to a variety of amenities on the lake. The East Lake clubhouse, just a short walk from your back door, is included in your stay. It offers an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area.
The living area features updated hardwood flooring, new furnishings, a flat screen TV above the gas fireplace, and windows offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The couch features a Queen pull out for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private patio is just off the living area and provides guests walk-out access to Keystone Lake. Hang outside on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the fresh mountain air!
The remodeled, full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and new stone back splash. The dining area, looking out over the lake, comfortably seats four, it features a wooden table, and has a modern light fixture above. There is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed with a brand new mattress in June 2023, Ultra-Premium Linens, and a flat screen TV. There is ample space for storing personal items in the closet and dresser found in the master. The bedroom also has its own entrance to the guest bathroom. The full bathroom features granite counter tops and shower/tub combination, and a water room for added privacy. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Upon arrival unit was clean and as pictured. There was no instruction manual on how to work fireplace/ tv remotes for roku/ where to find trash bins/ and shuttle pickup for skiing. We eventually figured out that the fireplace was not working. We contacted management, who sent someone to fix it the next day. They also helped us with the multiple remotes for the tv. We also were locked out one morning, and management was able to help us get back in. We are seasoned renters at keystone and just felt that more info. about the unit would have helped make our stay more enjoyable.
We booked this property because of the location/view of the mountains/lake. The property was clean with a few amenities (shampoo, dish soap, some coffee - no cream, and some old unusable things). Our big disappointment came when we opened the blinds to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, the top section of the blinds was broken and wouldn't stay up - therefore cutting off 1/2 of the view. I contacted the host right away. He/She thanked us for letting them know and asked if we wanted someone to fix them. We responded "yes", only to be told they would schedule it for after our stay, as they didn't want to disrupt us. Well, again, the reason we picked this particular property was because of the location/view. So, we propped the blinds up and hoped they wouldn't fall in the middle of the night, as the kids were sleeping on the sofa bed. That evening, I looked at reviews of the property and found one dated September 2024 that stated that the blinds were broken!!! This told me the blinds had been broken for at least 9 months - and the owner really had NO intention of getting them fixed. I contacted host again, they apologized and said they've had emergencies and just haven't been able to get them fixed. So, they admitted they knew about the blinds but then kept charging higher amounts even when guests wouldn't receive the view they were paying for. This is a very bad and dishonest way to do business. Don't book - blinds are broken and you won't have the view you've paid for

Good deal on the property and a beautiful lake view that you see and can walk to right outside of your back porch.I was there during a slow season. So not much open, but there is a hotel right there too and a great coffee shop and helpful friendly staff. There are a lot of summer and winter activities on the lake there. Not open when I was there, but they were setting up for water sports like kayaking and canoeing I believe and in the winter it is used for ice skating. Very pretty views and free shuttle you can catch that takes you only around Keystone if you desire.

Easy and Convenient Location
The property was easy to access and was very central to our plans for snowboarding a couple of days at Arapahoe Basin and Cooper Mountain. What stood out most was response times from the management company. They were always quick to answer questions and very friendly . I would highly recommend staying with the. Again.

Great Place - Would Stay Again
Nice little one bedroom unit. Great views of lake/mountains. Location was very convenient to Keystone and A-Basin. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was quite small and I had some trouble controlling the temperature in the unit (too warm mostly). The property manager was super responsive. We accidentally got locked out and they had us in using an emergency key within 5 minutes. They responded to several texts from me always within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place for up to 2 people and we would stay there again.

Nice condo in a great location
We stayed here for Christmas with my family of 4. It really was located in a perfect spot right next to the ice skating area and walking distance to coffee, pizza, and a little store. The king size bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable.However the pull out bed seemed to be on its last leg. There were times where it would get caught on a spring and hard to put away and seemed like it would break in the near future.Another thing that I found was really strange was that it seemed like there was sand on the floor and you could hear it under the flooring when you walked thru the condo. This didn’t ruin anything for us by any means but we did find it odd. The condo itself was really nice but the pool and hot tub area could use some improvement. By the end of our trip the hot tub was not working and there were 2 days where towels were completely empty at the pool. The sauna was out of order the whole 7 days we were there as well.

Cute property with amazing lake views
Cute apartment with keystone lake right outside the back door, walk down about 30 feet to a pizza pub. everyone in the neighbor was so friendly, our room key wasn’t working cause the battery on the door died staff had maintenance there in ten minutes to get us back in. Besides the minor hiccup of getting locked out it was a great property. I will definetly book again

Hidden gem
This quiet and cozy condo was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. Everything was perfect- from check in to check out. We had zero complaints. The location was perfect and close to nearby towns. The view is stunning and a perfect weekend vacation spot for a couple.

Beautiful location but patio not accessible
We loved the property. We had problems trying to figure out how to get in as an email (that we were not expecting) with all of that information was sent but went to junk mail. Once we got in, we were very pleased with the overall look of the place. The location was so pretty. We did have some problems trying to cool off rental as our access to opening the patio was locked up with no doorknob or key as it was under construction and the top window frame was rotten and we were afraid to use it. Towards the end of the week the patio was finished and the temperatures dropped fixing these problems.
Even though we had some frustrations with this rental, we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Construction and on the market
I was pretty disappointed that the patio was closed due to construction and wasn't notified until check in. I also received a call about potential buyers wanting to view the property during my stay. The property itself was okay. The laminate floors made a terrible crunchy noise when walking on them and the windows did not close well. The bed was comfortable and everything in the condo was nice.
