Located in the Heart of Keystone with Private Balcony and Mountain Views!

This 3-bedroom (plus den room), 3-bathroom, luxury condo is located in the Clearwater Lofts at Keystone. This condo sleeps 10 across two King beds, a Queen bed, and a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed. It features a private balcony, two primary suites, in-unit washer and dryer, and private bathrooms in every suite. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pantry, oversized refrigerator/freezer, and more! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker+coffee and a single-serve coffee maker. The dining area seats six and looks out at the mountains. There is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar. The balcony, located behind the dining table, offers mountain, slope, and river views.

The living area offers gorgeous views of Keystone through the surrounding windows. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace or watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the mounted Smart TV. Behind the living room guests will find the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom features a Queen sized bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features two doors, one from the guest room, and one from the living room. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Going back past the dining room, you will find one of two primary suites. This primary suite features a King sized bed, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers mountain views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features a shower/tub combination, granite countertops, and a beautiful gray tiling.

The second primary suite, located down the hall, features a King sized bed, a working desk, large mounted Smart-TV. The second primary suite is perfect for those who work from home and need a place to set up! The second primary bathroom features granite countertops, double sinks, and a stone tiled standing shower.

Just outside the second primary bedroom guests can find the den. The den features a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and a mounted TV. This area is perfect for extra sleeping arrangements or kids! This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park their car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. 2 parking space per unit, this is the only parking that is guaranteed.

*Ivory White Bedding* This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 30 years of age or olde and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Great location for walking to lifts.

The only problem we had was a late check in and I did not see the 24 hour request for a later checkout until I received an email the morning of. The cleaning person arrived at 9:59 am and we had to wake the baby and left at 10:08 but I could not find the trash until 10:20 . We did follow all the other rules with the towels, cabinets and heat

Nice place, good location

The condo was nice, roomy for the 6 of us. Very clean and well appointed. The location was great, just a few minutes from the slopes. The under building parking is fantastic. The only negative was the broken Keurig, but there was a coffee maker.

Great place, Quiet location

Overall our experience was excellent. The property management was very responsive on a couple questions we had after check-in. Only complain would be a squeaky king bed in one of the bedrooms from normal movement. We’d suggest reinforcing the mattress supports. Otherwise, we’d stay here again!

Excellent property. Easy check-in. Everything you need is there from the washer/dryer to comfortable sleeping accommodations. There is a spectacular view of the Keystone mountain/ski slopes. The shared hot tub was great at the end of a full day of skiing.

Spa broken, front desk never returned calls

Unit listed with a hot tub that was out of service. Called front desk to get the code for the community room with pool and hot tub and they didn't know the code. Was told I would be called about a credit due to amenities not being available but never received a call.

Almost perfect

Beautiful condo and beautiful views from this location. Just 2 reasons why I can't give this a 5 star rating. One involved the radiant heating in one of the bathrooms. Though the thermostat was in the OFF position the floors were still very warm. So warm that it was heating the bedroom next to it. Windows were always open to try to cool it down and maintenance said they were unfamiliar in how to adjust this type of heating so couldn't help. We couldn't use that bathroom and the rental company refused to give us any sort of refund. They offered 10% off our next stay but probably wouldn't use them again. Also, the smoke alarm is so sensitive that it goes off any time we used the toaster or the oven. This happened daily, once waking a napping toddler. Skiing at Keystone is the absolute best! Just wouldn't recommend staying here.

Perfect for our family ski trip!

We loved this property. We had kids under the age of nine and they were comfortable rotating between bunk beds and the queen bedroom. The two king bedrooms were perfect for each couple. Well stocked kitchen. Great location! Check in and check out was easy. Shuttle service was extremely convenient.

Modern 3BR/3Ba Condo close to Mountain House Base Area

Pros: -Modern and spacious condo right on the Keystone Silver Line bus route (5 minute ride to Mountain House base area). We had 9 in our group and had plenty room to move around during our 5 night stay in February 2024. -Good stock of games as well as tv's in all rooms including bunk area. -Well appointed kitchen with quality appliances (including large crockpot) and cookware. -Heated parking garage space (1 per unit). -Large outdoor hot tub just a few steps from the building. -Very responsive staff. Noticed a leak on the kitchen faucet shortly after our arrival which was addressed immediately after they were notified. Cons (all minor): -No on-site check in; keycards and parking passes must be obtained at a lock box about a mile away. -No dumpster inside the building. Trash must be brought to the outside dumpster between buildings 1 and 2 (this unit is in building #3). -Limited parking. Only 2 spaces included with each unit (1 in garage and 1 outside). Additional vehicles would have to utilize offsite parking lots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Lofts and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a decently priced condo for a larger group especially during ski season.

Beautiful place but no place for your stuff

The condo was beautiful with great views of the mountain in a nice quiet area. When you come to ski you have lots of clothes, while each bedroom had a closet they were all filled with lots of pillows, vacuum and blankets with little room to organize our stuff. Plus none of the room had a dresser! As soon as they add some dressers the place would be perfect.

Lovely Retreat for a Large Family

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is beautifully furnished and had all we needed to prepare meals and sleep comfortably. The building is new and in great condition, and just a 5 minute drive from the slopes. The underground heated parking made it easy to load and unload kids and ski equipment. Overall a great experience.

A little slice of heaven

AMAZING!!! I would leave it at that but this place deserves so much more. The management company made the check in/check out process extremely easy. The location is fantastic and the condo was as described and so much more. The views from the balcony are great for a morning cup of coffee. This place is so convenient for biking, hiking and kayaking. We will be back!!!!

Perfect Unit, Location & Views! Fun For Every Age

Our family has a wide range of ages. If you never plan to leave the resort, the paths are paved for miles making this unit, its location and views available to everyone--including loved ones who might be wheelchair bound---while also catering to young children. Snake River is beautiful. If you're looking for adventurous day trips, the unit is centrally located to snow and summer activities: Breck, Vail, Copper...it's all so close! And the unit is fabulous. 2 parking spaces are provided, Easy access to Interstate. We'll be coming back again, SOON!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We had a great stay at this condo! It was newer, modern, very clean and spacious. The heated garage was wonderful too! Easy check in and check out process. Great area, in close proximity to the gondola at River Run Village. We will definitely return!

La habitaciĂłn excelente unas vistas magnĂ­ficas, excelente ubicaciĂłn, hay una ruta de bus a keystone prĂĄcticamente afuera del edificio, pero te podrĂ­as hasta ir caminando, y la habitaciones cada una con su baño, todo muy completo, limpio, lujoso y nuevo. El Ășnico detalle es que los sensores de humo estĂĄn muy sensibles y cada que cocinabamos sonaba la alarma. Falta que tengan un buen extractor de humos. Pero en general muy recomendable, vamos a volver.

New condo, great location in Keystone.

Extended family of 10 (incl. 2 littles on sleeping bags) enjoyed our stay and snowboarding at Keystone for 4 days. The shuttle is very convenient and the resort is one stop away for drop off in the morning. After the day of riding, we opted to walk home most days as the property is the last stop on the route going that direction. The cleanliness was pretty good, but some pet hair was noticeable on our clothes and such - not a huge deal but wanted to provide the feedback for future reference. Last thing is that the hot tub deck was very icy so could use some attention so it’s not so slippery. Kitchen is nicely appointed with all necessities and then some. Overall a great experience for everyone!
