This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 across a king bed, a queen bed, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features spacious bedrooms and a private balcony offering slope views to the South. Brand new carpet was installed throughout in the Fall of 2022! Located in River Run Village, you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Additionally, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk lodge also offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.
As you enter the unit there is a bench and storage hooks for guests convenience. The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also comes stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. Enjoy a meal with the whole family at the dining table, seating 8.
Unwind after a busy day in the living area, featuring a gas fireplace, brand new cozy furnishings, a mounted TV and access to the private balcony. Step out on the balcony to take in the fresh alpine air and enjoy ski slope and mountain views to the South. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living area. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in a closet for guest use. For added convenience, there is an extra full size bathroom. As you move towards the entryway from the living room, there is a hallway leading to both bedrooms, the extra full-bathroom, and a storage closet.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king sized bed, mounted TV, large closet and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has double sinks and a bathtub/shower combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, mounted TV, large closet and a private bathroom as well. Enjoy gorgeous views out the window and plenty of storage for your belongings with a large closet in both bedrooms.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

We did find a few maintenance issues that need attention and we left a short list on the kitchen counter along with our room keys when we left. These maintenance items were all there when we arrived, but were not detrimental to our stay so we didn't feel the need to have them resolved/fixed during our stay.

We have stayed at Red Hawk multiple times. The location is good, close to the village but not right in the middle of it, plus as close to the lifts as others in the village. The unit was big enough for six of us with the two bedrooms, Murphy bed and pullout couch. Three closets allowed us to hang lots of coats and more. Three bathrooms a plus. The carpet was new. Overall good condition.

Imagine five families arriving from four time zones in Keystone for a long awaited ski vacation. We didn't know we'd face a sleazy landlord dangling the keys from their fingers, saying for another $25 you can check in 90 minutes early. Seriously our family hasn't been together for sixteen month, and this is how we're treated. The condo was ready, but not without extortion. Just because they can charge for more doesn't mean they should. So disappointed!

Great property, disappointing experience with Summit County Mountain Retreats and VRBO
I am disappointed to have to leave this review. Upon arrival for our one night's stay, we were thrilled to be staying at this property. Great location, amenities and plenty of space. On the surface, things seemed in order. Unfortunately though, there were some cleanliness issues soon discovered. A used cleaning rag was hanging in the hall bath, a Gatorade bottle found under one bed, and worst of all, there was human excrement found on the master bathroom floor that had clearly been there for awhile. I was shocked and disgusted, knowing my two kids and I had been walking around barefoot. Immediately upon discovering this, I called Summit County Mountain Retreats. The person I spoke with was not very understanding or kind - almost seemed annoyed at my level of distress. I had to send pictures, after which they offered me only $40 for the issue, which I did not accept, as I did not feel that was an adequate response. VRBO was equally unhelpful through this process, after spending an hour on the phone with them on two different occasions, only to be told conflicting information and ultimately that there was nothing else to be done. I am appalled by the customer service from both companies. I believe this to be a health concern, and it speaks volumes about both companies that they are willing to treat their customers in such an unacceptable way.
