Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft condo, nestled on the top floor for a tranquil getaway. With an assigned parking spot and convenient proximity to resort ski shuttles (0.7 mi to Mountain House and 1.7 mi to River Run), this condo is the perfect home base for your Keystone adventure. Situated right on the county bike path and featuring a private deck where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the nearby river, this home offers a delightful escape. Step inside to discover an open and inviting floor plan. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting elegant quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient coffee bar. The living room is both cozy and stylish, featuring a pull-out couch, a gas fireplace, and soaring vaulted ceilings. The main floor
bedroom is equipped with a twin over queen bunk bed and a full bathroom just across the hall. Heading upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with its private bath, as well as a spacious loft area for additional relaxation and enjoyment.
The Space:
This condo is situated on the second floor and offers a private entrance accessible via exterior stairs within the complex. As you step inside, you'll find a convenient bench for taking off your shoes, along with shelves and hooks for your outdoor gear. The entry also features a stacked washer/dryer. The main floor bedroom is perfect for families, equipped with a walk-in closet that also holds useful items like a highchair and pack-n-play. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The heart of the home is the stunning 2-story living room, complete with a gas fireplace, smart TV, a comfortable pull-out couch, and additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked and features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee pot, an air fryer, and a wide array of kitchen essentials. The dining area accommodates six and leads to a back deck with mountain views and the serene sounds of the Snake River. A propane grill awaits your culinary adventures. Upstairs, a loft space offers a sectional couch, extra seating, a designated workspace for your convenience, and an old-school arcade gaming console for some nostalgic fun. Extra bedding for the
upstairs couch or pull-out sofa is available in the respective floor's closet. The primary bedroom upstairs features a Juliet Balcony, a queen bed, a smart TV, and an attached full bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all rooms in the condo, a ski closet located outside the front door, an assigned parking spot, and the community's hot tub and sauna for ultimate relaxation.
Other Things to Note:
The loft offers a comfortable couch for sleeping, although it's not a pull-out bed. The main floor bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen and twin configuration. We've designed this space with families in mind, providing a high chair and pack-n-play for your convenience. You'll also find toddler silverware and plates in the kitchen. One designated parking space is provided, and there's a parking permit available for use in a guest spot, though availability is first-come, first-served and is NOT guaranteed. If additional parking is needed, there is a paid lot within Keystone Resort Parking, located approximately 1 mile from the unit.
