    Ce condo de deux chambres récemment rénové est situé dans le chantier naval, un quartier de Truman Annex au cœur de la vieille ville de Key West! Coloré, motifs amusants remplir la location avec la vie tandis que le mobilier offrent un espace de rassemblement confortable pour votre groupe. La terrasse ensoleillée donne sur les vues à distance de l'océan à travers les arbres luxuriants, mais peut également être une retraite à l'ombre avec l'aide de l'auvent réglable. 

    AMEUBLEMENT…
    Le plan d’étage ouvert du Quarterdeck et ses nombreuses places assises constituent l’espace idéal que votre groupe pourra apprécier ensemble. Détendez-vous sur le canapé et regarder un film sur l'écran plat, se rassembler autour de la table de salle à jouer à un jeu ou cuire ensemble dans la cuisine entièrement équipée!

    ARRANGEMENTS DE SOMMEIL…
    Les deux chambres ont un lit queen confortable avec des tiroirs supplémentaires intégrés dans les cadres de lit pour un maximum d'espace de stockage! Chaque chambre dispose d'un placard avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement, d'une télévision à écran plat, de carrelage et d'une nouvelle peinture pour une sensation de fraîcheur et de propreté.

    Installé dans la communauté fermée et bien entretenue du chantier naval, cet emplacement offre à ses clients un endroit paisible pour se détendre à un pâté de maisons de l'action! Vous serez à distance de marche de la plage et pique-nique magnifique plage de Fort Zachary, Duval Street, Mallory Square et plus encore! Le chantier naval offre également une belle piscine communautaire bordée de chaises longues idéal pour profiter du soleil. Le stationnement est toujours un problème dans la vieille ville, mais ce condo possède son propre espace de stationnement!

    Ouvrez les portes-fenêtres donnant sur le pont arrière, laissant entrer la grande brise et les rayons du soleil qui remplissent l'espace toute la journée. Cette merveilleuse extension à l'espace de vie a une table pour deux où vous pouvez avoir votre café du matin ou siroter un cocktail après une longue journée de découverte. Location was great. The unit was clean and very functional. Shana the property manager contact was extremely helpful during the check-in and check out process. Would stay there again.

Get away from the cold

This is our 2nd time staying at this place. We love the location and the size of the units. The 2 balconies are a plus for us. Definitely would book again.

Nice Place - Convenient to Duval

We found the Quarterdeck to be clean and exactly as advertised. It is close to Duval and within walking distance of most major Key West attractions.

Cute little getaway

My fiancé and I had a great time at this cute little apartment! The 2 decks were great to hang out on, lots of space, and the community had beautiful walkways and pools. We will absolutely stay here again. The property managers were helpful and helped us arrange a lot of our activities, and gave us advice about the best times to do so with the weather.

Property nice & clean & location was very well maintained & in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. The steps going up would not be good for everyone, but was fine for us.

The property was nice, clean & bright. Just know it’s located at Shipyard condominiums. If you can’t do stairs it’s probably not for you.

We have stayed at the Shipyard in the past because of the location and amenities. Everything is in easy walking distance.The manager was in constant communication through the app and we would highly recommend any future renters to add it to their devices.Our only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and needs to be repaired.

the listing was not completely honest. For example view from balcony on listing showed green foiliage. in realty the view included parking lot less than 8 feet away, street less than 6 feet away that included bus and vehicle and foot traffic as well as an abandoned warehouse and some type of power / electrical power lot. It appeared the property manager was more interested in selling themselves and their services rather than rental. The unit was in okay condition, but more worn than I expected.

Super Clean Rental in Truman Annex

The only negative was not about this particular condo - just the overall complex - the pool is super small and basic for the number of condos in the Shipyard. We were here during a slow time of year and the pool was super crowded with no chairs available - says only 25 person capacity...the overall occupancy of the complex is in the hundreds at least. I recommend this property for the cleanliness and the location, not for the amenities of the overall complex.

Loved it, great space

This was perfect for our girls trip. We stayed 7 days. The unit was spacious and very bright. The neighborhood was great, everything was mins away. Duval st was just around the corner, we walked every where the first few days and rode bikes the last couple. It was a great experience. Definitely recommend renting bikes or mopeds to explore the island. It was so much fun. Beaches are between 7 and 10 min away, enjoyed both smathers and ft Zachary beach. The property manager Whitney was super responsive, very friendly and helped with a minor issue fast. Definitely appreciated. Would definitely book this exact location again. Highly recommend 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in the Quarterdeck for 2 weeks beginning August 19th. We like this unit because it is an end unit and seems very quiet. Also, there is a secure place to park your car and the parking lot is gated. Just a couple of blocks away and you are walking distance to restaurants and things to do in Old Town. The condo has an excellent kitchen area and a very good washer/dryer. It is a second floor unit so only downside is if you can’t climb stairs. I would rent this unit again when coming back to Key West.

Inexpensive compared to other locations

Deferred maintenance on air conditioning. Repaired quickly but previously recommended replacement. So just a "band aid" to get up and running. Caught without key to annex gate. Property manager said this location not part of annex so no key. Been going here 20 years. All other renters at pool had key to enter annex. Kitchen well stocked to cook daily. Time to update bathroom. Good property... comments are not meant to be negative just areas of improvement

Reasonably priced unit in Truman Annex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Quarterdeck for a month. We had two issues when we arrived that Truman & Company responded to immediately; the plumbing issue was resolved in less than 24 hours while the cable box issue took 3 days but that was because we had to wait for an appointment with the cable company. We loved the location, however, the rental unit needs some updating. The living room sofa needs to be replaced. The mattresses in both bedrooms are beginning to sag in the middle. The bathroom lacks counterspace and storage; the faucet in the shower was the plumbing issue and had to be replaced. The kitchen was adequate. The vacuum didn't pick up the dirt on the floor. All in all we enjoyed our stay and Truman & Company was wonderful to work with.
