THE LOCATION…
If you decide to pull yourself away from these beautiful homes, you’ll realize that the best Key West restaurants, live entertainment, and attractions are all within a few blocks of your front door. While you won’t need a car to get around from this fabulous location, there are two off-street parking spaces in the driveways. If you don’t have vehicles but want to explore the island in a fun way, Last Key Realty’s concierge service can assist with golf carts, scooters or bike rentals.

Each home features an open and spacious living area. There are large flat-screen Samsung Frame TVs in each living room watchable from the large, plush sofas, which pull out to a queen sleepers for extra guests. The open floor plans seamlessly flow between the living areas and the kitchens, creating even more open space. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
