Welcome to our private island retreat! We absolutely love every minute of the time we spend here and think you will, too! It is the perfect nature lover's getaway whether you are by yourself or with your family.

15 minutes (or 11 miles) from Key West Intl. Airport and Old Town Key West/Duval Street (for all dining and shopping, sight-seeing). Ten minutes from the Lower Keys Medical Center (hospital) and Key West Golf Course. A short walk (1/4 mi) to the neighborhood Geiger Key Marina and Fishcamp Restaurant and Tiki Bar. The marina offers paddleboard/kayak tours/rentals and a free, large, deep-water boat launch into the Atlantic Ocean.
PWC and small boat ramp located directly on this property with access to the Atlantic Ocean via beautiful 10 minute ride across Blacklion Bay and natural canal.
Deepwater boat slip in downtown Key West also available for larger boats (please contact us for availability & rate).

The house sits on a private, gated, two acre waterfront lot surrounded by 41 acres of natural Florida Keys wildlife sanctuary. No neighbors. Large upstairs deck with waterfront bar, covered porches, a waterfront firepit, and private canal. Meticulously maintained inside and out. Tons of outdoor space. Get ready for all the paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, boating, sunbathing, etc. ... if it's a water sport you can do it!

This is is a four bedroom three bathroom family friendly and dog friendly home. The kids' rooms are located upstairs and each room features three twin size beds and share a full bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom has the most beautiful panoramic second floor views in the house with a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a separate shower and clawfoot tub.

Open floor plan features a great room, chef's kitchen, guestroom/office and full bathroom downstairs. The chef's kitchen boasts an eat-in breakfast nook, wine fridge, and gas cooktop/oven with waterfront views. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, spices, cups, etc. We like to cook.
The kitchen shares an open floor plan with the great room which includes a dining room table for five people.

The backyard features plenty of outdoor seating around a built-in firepit, and our very own moon pool with all kinds of tropical fish. Enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking in the canal anytime of day year round!
In the afternoon there isn't a better place to enjoy the daily sunset show than from our own private upper deck, complete with outdoor bar and seating for everybody... including hammocks that may be calling your name. End your night roasting marshmallows while stargazing by the firepit!

Washer and dryer provided. Treadmill and weights in the garage are available for use. Hair dryer provided in upstairs master bathroom. All bath towels and linens are provided. Basic shampoo and soaps provided. Iron with ironing table provided, if needed.

All linens washed in high heat. Countertops and high touch surfaces are all appropriately cleaned and disinfected. Hand sanitizer provided.


Ocean access:

From Property - 10 minute beautiful ride across Blacklion Bay via a natural canal system - limited to boats under 20ft with no T-top dues to low clearance bridge passage.

From Gieger Key Boat ramp (around the corner, <0.2mi, 5min walk) - Direct deep water ramp for larger boats. 24hrs, free. Plenty of parking space on gated property for your trailers, etc.

Full time Slip - available by reservation for additional cost on a weekly or monthly basis. Located in downtown Key West (15min drive). please advise prior to booking, so we can confirm availability.
