After a day of outdoor adventures, travel up the stairs to the first floor that is beautifully decorated with a contemporary flair mixed with island whimsy. The Great Room has a wonderful open flow that creates a sense of spaciousness and domestic functionality. A large sectional with giant tv offer a cool embrace and a promise of deep relaxation with your loved ones. Concoct your culinary favorites in the chef-inspired kitchen that is brimming with every modern convenience you would need to feed your crew in style. A dining table for 8 and island seating for 4 offer ample seating at mealtimes. A washer/dryer and powder room are also located on the first floor and a laundry room resides on the third floor. This home is equipped with Youtube TV streaming.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
A stunning king bedroom resides on the first floor.
Second floor: The first bedroom houses a queen bed and a shower/tub combination bathroom, The second bedroom has 2 twin XL beds that can convert to a king upon request and a glass-door rain shower bathroom.
Third floor: The first bedroom features a king bed, desk area and giant glass-door rain shower bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and a giant glass shower and tub inside it.
All bedrooms feature tvs, closets and clothing dressers.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Throw open the french doors in the first floor living area to immerse yourself in the lush backyard oasis that greets you with a sparkling pool (can be heated in the winter months) under sultry island breezes and soft swaying foliage surrounding cozy seating areas. Disconnect and refresh in your little piece of Key West heaven. Grill out your fresh catch of the day and rinse off in the outdoor shower before your retreat on the town!

This has off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Dogs (NO CATS) are considered and a pet fee is required. Please include the size / breed in the comments when inquiring.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
