THE LOCATION…

This vacation home is located in the heart of Old Town, steps from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Take a short stroll or ride your bike down to Duval and experience the best of Key West, such as local favorites like 22 & Co, DJ’s Clam Shack, and Kaya Island Eats. Just a few blocks down Margaret Street and you’ll find yourself at The Waterfront Brewery, Schooner Wharf, and all the local favorites of the Seaport.

THE LIVING AREAS...

One of the more appealing aspects of MARGARET’S MAGIC COMPOUND are the dual living areas, with their vaulted ceilings, large flat-screen TVs and plush seating options. Both living areas open up to the pool and feature beautiful Dade County pine walls that are nothing short of… magical. There is plenty of seating available in both rooms ensuring that everyone has a place to comfortably relax between dips in the plunge pool. Within each living area you’ll find a kitchenette furnished with high-end appliances and every tool you might need to cook up some home-cooked meals.

THE POOL AREA...

Situated between the two homes, the private backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by tropical foliage, providing privacy yet still allowing the sun to come play. Outdoor sofas await you on the pool deck, making sure everyone can spread out under the shade or soak up some rays. Treat your group to a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
