Step inside and you’ll be greeted by soaring beam ceilings, trapezoid windows, and an airy, light-filled floor plan. The new owner has leaned into Key West’s playful spirit with bold flamingo wallpaper, bright accent pieces, and fun, tropical furnishings that bring each space to life. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and composite counters adds convenience while keeping the island vibe. The two cozy bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, One king size adjustable bed inside the main house and the other in the bonus small pool house with a futon bed along with updated bathroom in main house and half bath in pool house with an outside shower balance comfort and style. One designated off street parking space. Features include high-speed wireless, flat screen TVs in the bedroom, kitchen/living room, outside living area and in the bonus pool house.

Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. Pets allowed upon approval.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.
