Grand condo au dernier étage de 2 chambres sur l'océan Atlantique avec vue sur l'océan et la cour. La propriété dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une laveuse / sécheuse.
Les deux chambres et le salon ont des portes d'impact ouvertes sur votre balcon privé.
Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et une reine dans la chambre d'hôtes et 2 lits pliants intérieurs à ressorts pouvant être utilisés pour les invités.

  • #TroveOn A couple miles north of Key West, on the right is Boca Chica Rd, follow that road as far as you can and you'll get to the beach at Geiger Key. The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Milestone Birthday

Very happy we chose the location of this property away from Duval. It offered so much more space and amenities than similar priced places with little rooms, 1 bath, no parking kitchen and noisy. 2 nice beach areas on both sides of this property

Blue Moonshine

Very clean and nicely updated condo. Top floor location which makes it awesome to sit out on the porch and have drinks while watching the great water views. Very quite complex. Pool is huge and tons of open space to lounge. The kitchen, family room and bedrooms were all updated and very nicely decorated. Very happy with our choice.

Nice Condo

The condo was very pretty and very clean. We didn't arrive in Key West until 5:30, got to the condo, unpacked and then went to dinner. After dinner, we realized there was no coffee in the condo, so at about 7:45 we had to locate a grocery store and go get coffee for the next morning. We did not have a car. We walked to a little store just less than a mile down the road. It would have been really nice to have coffee there for your guests. Also, the coffee pot needs to be cleaned. It took a long time to make coffee. Having to be out by 10:00 on our departure day was a bit early. We had a flight out at 1:00 so we were at the airport just waiting. Ubers there are great. There is always someone within a minute or so to pick you up. Beautiful condo complex and very quiet.

Wow! Great find in Key West

This was a great stay in a secure property on the ocean. Beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi and a short walk around the corner to Smathers beach. The checkin process was clear and the host was responsive. As it states in the elevators, “tthis is a residence- not a resort”, but all the residents were very friendly with us. If you are looking for a college spring break destination- this is not it. However, if you’re looking to relax and chill, this is the place to stay. Only negative to the great stay was the pull out sofa needs repair and TLC. Plus, birds like to visit the balcony and leave presents behind. Picky comments to an overall excellent VRBO rental. Thank you to our host!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very relaxing, great balcony and property. Just far enough away from town for peace and quiet but close enough to get anywhere you want. Loved the condo and would definitely stay again. Check in is slightly confusing but once you get it, it’s easy.

Red Ants Infestation

The property was clean enough upon arrival but the next day the kitchen counter was covered with little red sugar ants. I even found one on my daughter’s shirt when she was just sitting on the couch. Both her and I were bit by the red ants and the bites are very painful and itchy.

Overall the condo was a good choice for a short stay. Off the beaten path, so definitely needed transportation to get anywhere. Photos of property "beach" were very misleading and disappointing, not just for us but other guests we met. No privacy from room to room because of slated doors, so just be aware. Housekeeper arrived over half hour before checkout. All in all, we were thankful for the opportunity to vacation here!

This was are first time to Key West and we loved this unit it was so clean and had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable!! The location was great because we took an uber to get places and it was 5 minutes from Duval and Front street where the shops and restaurants are!!

We had 1 issue with the toilet and the property manager was easily reached and had the issue addressed and fixed quickly! Other than that, we loved the location, the property, the pool and everything in between! Will stay again!

Residents Don’t Like Visitors

We had a group of 6 adults during week 4/3-4/8. It was very evident to us from day 1 that the residents of the condo complex frown upon visitors and short-term vacation renters. In fact, one individual flat out told us that it’s a “lower class clientele” that rents for a week at a time there. Quite offensive. On multiple occasions, residents looked down upon not only us but others there for vacation as well. We were constantly reminded of the rules even though no rules were being broken. We will not stay at this condo complex again for this reason. As far as te condo itself, there is a rollaway bed, pullout sofa and 2 bedrooms to accommodate, however the sofa bed and rollaway were incredibly uncomfortable. Both beds in the bedrooms were very soft - beware if used to a firm mattress or can’t sleep on super soft mattresses. Amenities need updated on listing - there was no hair dryer, there is rollaway bed, there is no air mattress, there are plenty of beach/pool towels (15+), there is a pack n play / toddler crib in master closet. There are minimal cooking utensils and pans, baking dishes etc so if you plan to cook, especially for a group, you’re largely out of luck. Plenty of plates, flatware and glasses though. There are 2 types of coffee pots, including keurig, so that was nice. Condo was nicely remodeled and master bath was particularly nice. There was no hot water to sinks, only lukewarm. Hot water was available in showers at least. Laundry never washed in cold - only warm or hot, even when on cold setting. Water pressure was very low at sinks. All TVs and ceiling fan in master have remote controls - you just have to find them all in various rooms and it’s trial and error to figure out which goes where. Overall, we had a great time in key west but the condo complex disappointed:

Beautiful location

Beautiful location right on the water! The place was extremely clean; I was very pleased when we arrived. Check in process was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is not on the busy path by Duvall Street, but everything within biking distance. Great stay!
