Luxury Condo at Ocean Front Kawama Tower Complex

Enjoy your Key Largo stay in a private gated oceanfront community. This 3rd floor 2-bed 2-bath condo boasts approx. 1350sqft of living space with balcony, upgraded fully-equipped kitchen, freshly painted walls, and in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy the marina, ocean, and state park views from the living room balcony and windows.

The property amenities include (3) heated swimming pools, a playground, a private marina with a 24/7 boat launch, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding, tennis courts, and a fishing jetty. The ocean front fishing jetty includes several picnic areas, outdoor grills, and a sitting area at the end of the pier. The charter fishing marina is also located within walking distance of the property and John Penne Camp Coral Reef State park is nearby for snorkeling and diving. The complex is also gated with 24hr security.

Master Bedroom includes king-sized bed, TV, and full bath. While secondary bedroom includes queen-sized bed, sleeper sofa, small wet bar with mini fridge, and full bath as well.
Fully-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops, lighting, fresh paint and new furnishings. WIFI and large smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, etc. Unit has central heating/cooling, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays featuring fresh linens and towels.

Parking available under and around the building, with access to the unit through (2) elevators and/or stairs.

The Kawama private community resort is located at Mile Marker 100 off the Overseas Highway. This location has great access to shopping and restaurants, some with nightly entertainment, nearby to banks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and post office.

Very nice property in an older building with interior of the unit recently updated. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Nice walk out to a point with seating area looking out onto the water but not good for swimming. Only real negative is in the second bedroom. It was difficult to block out the lights from the hallway outside, making sleeping somewhat difficult for this adult.

When we first arrived, there’s a security guard at a gate. They told us go left. It’s gonna be in front of the marina. However, there are four buildings in front of the marina. The numbers that we were looking for did not correspond with any of the building numbers so we had to search for which one we were in then the message we got says the key is in a lock box by the elevator. The lockbox is on a wall on the other side of where the elevators are could not find it right away. The instructions also said there is a spare key on the laundry room door and the code is the same so we just went up to the rental. It was going to use the other key cause we couldn’t figure out where the first set of keys were, but that lock box would not open so we had to go find the first set of keys. Instructions just were not very clear. The listing. It states that it’s professionally cleaned however, there are marks on the ceiling from where air is coming out of the vents and it has not been cleaned. The drains in both bathrooms would not drain due to huge clunks of hair being lodged in them the checkout instructions say run the dishwasher however there is no dish detergent to run the dishwasher. It also says take out the trash trash is nowhere close to where the rental is located overall it was a very nice rental. It does need some maintenance. Very little would have to be done to make this an amazing rental.

Pros: location, comfort Cons: was a bit dirty (beard trimmings in sink), ice maker nonfunctioning, door wouldn't lock to the outside meaning anyone could push open door to enter, cost was a bit high for the quality.Owner was notified of door not locking, but no handyman was sent out during stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Spacious condo. Clean with comfortable beds. Front bedroom is bright in the morning and in the evening if there are people at the pickleball couts outside. There is also some noise from the courts. My sound machine (brought with) easily covered it. Would stay here again.

40th Bday party

This condo has everything you could possibly want. Pots pans spices any gadgets you think you might use. Bring yourself and your family and prepare to have fun. A nice sized pool is a few steps away, a playground is close and at the other end of the property is a nice lagoon and another pool. Close by is a grocery and eateries. We loved it here, our host answered anything we needed to know quickly. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfect vacation!

Our stay was truly perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable. Checkin process was perfectly laid out. Our host was open if we had questions, but since it was all just as he said it would be, we had no need to reach out. The premises was fantastic for our family. Perfect Weekend Stay

We stayed at the condo for a wedding we had in Key Largo. We were super happy with the location and the amenities the condo had to offer. They tiki huts and fishing jetty were a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and spacious. There are a few areas of maintenance and a Christmas vibe would have been nice. We had mostly everything we needed. Overall, costly but a nice option. Amazing views in the property.

Overall experience was as advertised. While we were there the towel rack fell off the wall; I replaced it, and the ice maker was not working. Other than that all was fairly operational and as expected.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed everything about our weekend getaway with family! We visited the Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responders which was very close by and my 4 year old granddaughter flipped for this place!
