This fully renovated bay front end-unit condo in Moon Bay has been reconfigured to allow for each bedroom to have its own ensuite bath. Enjoy sparkling views of the bay from the expanded living and dining room. The gourmet kitchen is smartly designed with plenty of storage, rich granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful wood cabinetry finished with crown molding and rope detail.
An open floor plan of living and dining brings a relaxed sense of togetherness, whether gathered around for a good movie or at the dining table that seats 4. Additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with an ensuite and wide views of the bay & sunsets nightly.
Guest bedroom 1 also has a king bed with a full ensuite bath.
The small 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps 2 singles.
For convenience, there is laundry in the unit and an updated half-bath.
Moon Bay offers many amenities in this gated property and is the perfect location to walk to restaurants and live music venues. The shared pool is heated, and for little ones, there is a shallow depth children's pool. Recently renovated tennis courts and game areas with basketball, shuffleboard, and other outdoor game opportunities.
The recently renovated clubhouse offers additional entertainment options. The clubhouse's rooftop sun deck is a great place to enjoy beautiful sunsets with your favorite adult beverage every evening or morning coffee.
Picnic tables with charcoal grills are conveniently located at the marina and clubhouse area.

Our condo was gorgeous.
Our condo was gorgeous. Very close to the dive shop, and the restaurants and markets. We are already planning on staying here again.
Suggestions: Scuba diving in Key Largo was awesome. Would also recommend going a little further south to Robbie’s to feed the tarpons. Barefoot rentals took good care of us, were able to get us an early check in and treated us very well.

Great unit, a lot of room and super view. I believe reserving again for a 3rd. year pretty much says it all. Take in all the area's water activities, local restaurants, shops and of course a trip to Key West are always great things to do. Great people to work with. Debbie does an outstanding job and is easy to work with.

Beautify place to stay.
Wish it had had a balcony to set on. It is a one level but we didn't realize you had to carry your luggage up about 10 steps to get to the elevator to take you to the 3rd floor.
We arrived very late at night and found out the next day we could have used the side walk by building C to get to a ramp. That was much better to use when we left.
Just think guest need to be aware.

We enjoyed our stay, we were under the impression that the use of the ping pong table and foosball table in the club house were included but in the folder it stated they were not to be used for any purpose club house was for owners only. Same with kayaks and paddle boards we were told by another owner that you had to get permission and sign waivers for use. I have 2 teenage sons so that was a little disappointing. Very friendly!

The condo is beautiful but sofa very uncomfortable leather and low. Hard to get up out of. There isn’t a single arm chair/ side chair anywhere for reading or sitting to relax and one by sliding doors would be nice. You had to sit up in bed to read or in the tall chairs at table. Easy reservation process and less fees than VRBO. Some were experts and newer ones admitted to being new and not having answers.

Great Condo!
Condo is beautiful and comfortable. Nice views from the back wall that is 100% glass! Furniture is comfy and roomy for four adults. Designated parking spot in a gated lot was a huge plus.

This is our second year in renting Moon Bay B-307 and increased from 1 month to 2 months this year.
This is our second year in renting Moon Bay B-307 and increased from 1 month to 2 months this year. We certainly have enjoyed our stay and have reserved the unit for February and March of 2023. One suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the pots and pans with a higher quality set. A trip to Key West. Visit the Islamorada Brewery and sample their various beers. Diner at Hobo's is a must. All the various water sports. Enjoy the various people at the pool and get involved in activities such as fishing off the pier and grilling out. We had the opportunity to interact with all 3 ladies at the office and each one provided great customer service. The cable boxes on our TVs went out and Michael did a great job in replacing them. He was very good about setting up the controllers to be able to do all the functions and the cleaning staff did a great job as always.

Nice Place, Very clean and up to date. great views. Hectors jet skis Sundance snorkel tour John Pennekamp Snorkel and Kayaks Treasure of the Sea Aquarium was also well worth it! Good food and live music next door at Jimmy Johnsons. Great communication. Very easy to work with. Vey efficient.

This is a wonderful condo. Great amenities. Very well stocked kitchen. My one complaint is they didn't want us to open the windows. We had glorious weather and would have preferred fresh air. But overall a great place.

This condo was very nice and clean, with great views. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. However the listing led you to believe you could use kayaks and paddle boards. We confirmed this with rental office and they said we could but we were informed by another resident we needed owner’s approval and to sign a wavier. We were also under the impression that the clubhouse with ping pong and foosball table were included but in welcome packet stated they were for owners use only not to be used by renters for any purpose. The amenities were part of the reason for picking this place with my 2 teenage sons. So that was a little disappointing.

Our stay at the moon Bay resort Mermaids Rest
We absolutely loved our stay at mermaid's rest. The condo was more than comfortable and very adequately equipped with kitchen utensils and up-to-date appliances. The beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly pleased with the pool, the community center, and the barbecue area, this was a nice place for families together. My biggest complaint is regarding the elevator that broke two days before we left, this made it difficult for my 83 year old mother who relied on a walker to leave the condo. The elevator was broken for 2 days. Therefore she was unable to come down and enjoy the grounds with everyone. That was sad. Barefoot Beach rentals did make the check-in and check out process very simple and very easy.

We had a great vacation! This condo was perfect for our family. Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The view from our unit was great! I would have liked to have more towels and hand towels available. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs. The check in process was very easy. Customer service was quick to respond.

Excellent property and in my opinion second to none. The property provide you with all the amenities you can ask for, large pool and pool deck with plenty of tables, upper sun deck area, clubhouse with games and lounging area. Outside includes single swings, beach area with chairs and dock space should you brig a boat
10+ stars Highly recommend B307 as the view looking over Florida Bay and the marina is spectacular is is the sunset view. We are already booking for 2022 The condo is spacious, clean and offers 2 beds 2 1/2 baths, washer/dryer. Had all the amenities that you need from plenty of towels to outdoor toys. SUGGESTED: John Pennekamp for snorkeling and or boat rental's. On Property there is Corn Hole, ping pong add more. We had our own boat and had fishing both inside the bay area as well as in the ocean. Great restaurants in the area such as Lazy Lobster, Big Chill and DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo. If you want a boat charter Drive to Islamorada to Post Card Inn and charter Time Out with Capt Mike and first mate Jeremy. Best charter and Capt Mike put us on fish all day Five + Star for the team members. The staff at Barefeet Rentals was very responsive to our needs and was always willing to help us with any questions that we had prior to our visit. Sheila at Barefeet Rentals made sure that all of our questions were answered and didn't hesitate to reach out to other parties with questions that I had in regards to the marina and boat slip. Highly recommend Barefeet Rentals as we were treated with the upmost respect. We were updated with all the info needed to prepare for our trip and throughout our stay. Very Turn-key

Nice layout, kitchen well stocked, pool is very nice and was fun to stay. The information for the house said we needed parking permits. There was nowhere that we were told how to do this and when we got ahold of the office they said they didn't know anything about this. They told us to go by the manager's office and check but others hadn't had to have it. The information for the rental also said the clubhouse could only be used by owners. This information needs to be updated and might be the problem of the moon bay owners and not the rental company. I am sure most people don't read the handouts but the parking permit part was highlighted. I did not want to be towed so we put a piece of paper with our rental number and phone number in the window as it said even though it wasn't a permit and didn't see this in others. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies if the instructions were not clear - guests just need to register at the onsite Moon Bay office upon arrival. As to the clubhouse being only for owners, it is available for everyone to use it just cannot be reserved for private parties except by owners and even then the amenities are still open for all guests to use. We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay overall! check in lady, super nice and helpful. Lady we emailed about the parking permits etc was nice and tried to be helpful but didn't have the right info
