« The front desk staff member was great during check-in, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Expedia incorrectly charged us for two properties when we had only booked one for four people, and they have been very unhelpful in resolving the issue and refund. « Needed to book only one night with pet. Room was immaculate, all was very new and everything we needed. Cold air was a plus. Communication with host was punctual and thorough. There is a small park just a block towards water that we enjoyed strolling through in late evening. Would definitely recommend and book again. »
