NOUVELLES 2015 5BR SUR CANAL réductions et AVRIL

Ceci est une belle nouvelle 5 Chambre, 4 1/2 chez Bain à Key Colony Beach. Les couchages sont 4 King chambres à coucher, 1 chambre twin et 2 canapés-lits jumeaux. 10 couchages. Toutes les chambres et porche couvert ont une télévision murale à écran plat. Cette maison a une piscine privée, quai de bateau avec table de nettoyage du poisson, wifi, garage 2 voitures avec ouvre Key Colony Beach dispose d'un golf exécutif, 4 restaurants, aire de jeux et un terrain de tennis. Il ya aussi un parc Sunset où vous pouvez regarder magnifiques couchers de soleil chaque soir. Accueil sera achevée 15e Avril 2015. Les nouvelles photos seront ajoutées. WIFI et Extérieur Grill sont également inclus. L'adhésion au club Cabana inclus avec la location.

Nice location, not quite as advertised

You can’t beat the location. 5 bedrooms and baths as described. We picked the house for the 75 foot dock space but it’s really more like 30. Our 27 ft boat barely got in. There is also no boat lift. We have a chefs kitchen at home and we’re really looking forward to making some great meals and we bought prime steaks for the grill, but the grill was rusty so we cooked them on the stove which was not as described…it’s an older, 4-burner stove. Also, we expected more pans but we made due. There was no wine cooler, but there is an older refrigerator in the garage. It could use some TLC and a good deep cleaning. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the money we paid and I think they need to update the descriptions.

Best spot in the keys

Amazing location, immaculate house and pool. Seen manatees at the dock day 1. Perfect for a big family. Amazing host. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Cant wait to stay again.

Nice house. Not very clean

The home was a nice set up for our extended family of 7 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler. The pool was terrific, the neighborhood was nice for walking, and the deep water access was a plus as we enjoy boating. Unfortunately the home is not very well kept with tears in some of the indoor furniture, outdoor furniture grubby, worn, and needs to be replaced. The house was not very clean with counters and dressers filmy and dusty, the bathrooms were not clean, and the dishwasher was full of dirt and mold. George, the property manager, responded quickly and came to clean it. The dock is an asset, but is in need of repair and perhaps some lighting.

Fantastic for a family stay

We brought the kids (3 kids/2 with spouses) 2 grand children amd the doggy and this house was a PERFECT fit. There were a total of 9 of us-7 adults and 2 toddlers. Everyone had their own “space” and it was great having 3 levels for quiet bedtimes. We brought baby gates for the stairs and the house comes with a gate for the dock. The sliding glass doors had alarms for the pool-all worked but 1 but was not an issue bc the living space is by the doors and completely within view of access to the pool. We also brought a portable high chair and pool floaters and toys for the kids. The pool was heated to the perfect temp for December weather so was enjoyable the entire time. Also-plenty of parking for 3 SUV’s and the boat trailer. 5 bikes included were brought up to par and used quite a bit while we were here as well. Lots of covered deck space in the event of rain. The grill has also been brought up to par and was great to have on hand with the spacious kitchen. I would highly recommend this home and we will be back for sure. Great and spacious home for the price.

NO CABANA CLUB membership

One of the reasons we love staying in Key Colony is having access to the Cabana Club, we were so disappointed to find out the membership was cancelled. That would have definitely made a difference in our booking if I would have caught that beforehand. We also had issues with the front door lock all week, we had to replace the batteries several times just for us to be able to lock the front door. We arrived to find that the ice maker was broken and it was not fixed while we were there so we used ice trays all week. (we were told the part was ordered but had not arrived). This would have been nice to have known prior to our arrival so we could have prepared. This was very inconvenient when trying to pack coolers, and going out on the boat each day to catch fish. The dock was also in bad shape. Several screws were completely rusted and the boards were not secured on the ends closest to the water so we had to be very careful stepping in and out of the boat and also with our dog. We were able to call George and some of them were fixed, but they do look like they all need to be replaced so I would caution anyone with small children or pets to make sure it is secure when you were out there! The split system in the master on the 1st floor leaked all night on my in-laws heads And they didn’t get much sleep that 1st night, but George was able to come and take care of that. The house is very spacious, clean has great potential, but all these issues put a damper on things for us

So much space!

This house was absolutely amazing! This property has so much space in it. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom is large enough for a small apartment. The massive walk in shower was something I have never experienced before. The location is perfect because its halfway between Key Largo and Key West. The pool was such a nice touch...very roomy and relaxing. It was great to be able to experience staying in such a lage house with everything you could possibly need.

Lots of space, good location

We enjoyed our stay with our 3 grown kids and another family. The house is located near Sunset Park and in nice neighborhood of Key Colony. The pool area is nice and plenty of room to dock a boat. House manager George was responsive to our needs. Only downside is that the house could use some minor maintenance and a deep clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious with having 10 people. The inside of the house needs a deep clean, there was mold in the showers and the floors were dirty too. We did ask the maintenance guy to come and unclogg one of the shower drains and when he arrived he said he would have to come back with draino because it was so clogged. He never did come back and the water pooled in the shower and drained very slowly. Other than those few things, the place was in a great location and we loved having a pool!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION

IT WAS SO NICE TO HAVE A PLACE FOR EVERYONE TO STAY AND ENOUGH SPACE SO WE ARENT ON TOP OF EACH OTHER THE WHOLE TRIP. NICE POOL AND DOCK ON A CANAL FOR SUNSETS WITH WINE OR FISHING. WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. I few things needed touched up with paint and the garage door needed fixed but overall everything worked and it was a nice time. Pool was cleaned and any issues could have been addressed if needed. The owner was nice and responsive and George the caretaker was super nice. Plenty of room for all 10 of us.

Key family getaway

The location was great. Nice neighborhood. The pool was awesome for the kids. Close to store and resturaunts. The only thing we didnt like was you had to travel to get to a beach for swimming. The beaches in marathon you cant swim in.

Great Location

We were a group of 8 adults and (2) boats. The location of this property is perfect for taking our boats out every day. Slight mishap when we arrived the pool was green but the owner was quick to respond and the pool company arrived just shortly after we called to fix it. We were not able to use the pool the first day and a half but the quick response to fix it was greatly appreciated and was a simply address mistake by the pool company. As soon as it was cleared up we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The house is on a quiet street with a canal that takes you directly to the Atlantic and also the cut-thru to the gulf. As boaters it was an excellent location. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the beds were super comfy. Please be sure to know that you are not able to park more than one boat trailer in the yard/driveway so be sure to read the directions about this we didn't know this and got a warning ticket the first night we were there. We had 2 trailers and the cost to park one offsite just around the corner from the house was $100.00 and payable at the city hall building also just up the street from the house. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome location. The heated pool was amazing. The boat dock is in deep water and has fresh water hose and electric. The house itself is nice and very spacious. Everything was perfect.
