This exceptional waterfront property offers "75 feet of private dockage", providing generous space for boating and fishing enthusiasts.

The boat lift arms have been removed; however, the underwater lift supports (legs) remain in place along a portion of the dock. Guests should be mindful of these structures when docking or maneuvering their vessels.

The canal is approximately 10 feet deep at low tide, offering excellent water depth for larger boats or two small boats (Only one trailer can be parked at the house) Guests should verify that the available docking configuration is suitable for their particular vessel.
