Sun Bird is a perfect retreat for easy access to River Run Base area, downtown Ketchum and the Big Wood River. River Run base area is a walkable distance down the Wood River Trail which is accessed just down the street from the townhome.

This 3 bedroom (plus bunk room) is pretty for families or small groups. A spacious living area with a river rock fireplace creates a great space for family gatherings or simply winding down after a long day on the mountain. The home also has an updated and well-appointed kitchen.

The home also has a one car garage, so your car is nice and warm after a big snow storm.

River Run is a 5-10 minute walk down the Wood River Trail. The Big Wood River is just down the street.

Bunk Room is located downstairs off of the garage and accessed through the laundry room with its own exterior door. No bathroom associated with bunk room. There are stairs up to the main living area. May not be appropriate for smaller children.
