Just Remodeled! The Big Wood Retreat with a Loft
Welcome to this delightful vacation home rental, featuring a charming and peaceful setting and conveniently located near downtown Ketchum and major ski areas. This private townhome is nestled on a picturesque golf course, offering incredible mountain views from the lovely deck and outdoor seating area.
Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with new wood flooring throughout, fresh paint, and fully remodeled primary en-suite bathrooms. The open and airy main living area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, complete with a cozy fireplace and a beautifully updated kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals.
This comfortable and spacious vacation rental accommodates up to eight guests, featuring two primary king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a cozy loft with 4 twin beds and a private bath. Each primary bedroom (King) is equipped with a 50” smart TV, so you can easily set up your own Netflix or Hulu.
For your convenience, the home also includes a laundry room and provides complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, linens, and towels. In the warmer months, you can soak in the incredible mountain views from the deck, and in the cooler months, you can cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the floor heaters throughout the home.
The home is now equipped with A/C. All three thermostats are touchscreen and have been set to Auto mode, which means the system will automatically switch between heating and cooling as needed. To adjust the temperature, simply tap the screen. You'll then see options to increase or decrease the temperature to your preference.
Note for Airbnb Bookings
We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.
The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear.
We understand that this may be confusing, but we want to be transparent about our fees. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
