Entering from the courtyard into the elegant open living space with superb kitchen there are two sofas and easy chair, wall mounted Smart TV, DAB radio, I-Pod doc and solid oak dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is very well equipped with Bosch integrated appliances including induction hob and quartz worktops.
The elegant master suite provides a king-size bed, original panelled bay window and built in wardrobe. The sophisticated ensuite provides a walk-in rain shower.
The second room provides a comfortable super-king which can be made into a twin for a small charge, and the third bedroom provides a twin which can also be made into a super-king (£15 charge applies). Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV, solid oak furniture, luxury linens, and quality furnishings.
The stylish fully tiled bathroom provides a shower bath with rainfall feature.The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps and some towels.
There is a small utility room with laundry facilities.
There are two allocated parking spaces. Additional parking may be available to hire, please contact the office for availability.

Perfect place to stay
Bridge house is the perfect place to stay for an enjoyable holiday in the Lake District. The location is perfect for days out and staying in Keswick. The accommodation is excellent, everything is there for your needs. Keswick cottages always very helpful.

So comfortable
Have been to the Bridge House complex several times and will be definitely be back. Close to town centre and the private parking is so handy. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, lots of equipment provided.

Bridge house apartment 1
Stayed for a week with two dogs, great location for central Keswick, secure courtyard and large grass area for dogs. Apartment clean and tidy with all mod cons, close to main road which goes quieter after 11 pm. Plenty of secure parking with 2 designated spots. Great place to stay, will return.

Enjoyed our stay as usual it being our 3rd stay in Apt.1 at Bridge House.
We love our stays in Bridge house Appt. 1 & will be coming again. It has lovely surroundings & very close to the shops & restaurants. The Apartment has every thing that we needed & is a modern comfortable place for all our family to enjoy. Also just close to the bus station & super market which are just round the corner Thanks Keswick cottages once again for a lovely stay.

Holiday at bridge house apartment 1
This was the second time we hired this apartment we found it last year and loved it .it is perfect for location on the high street and lots of walks . The apartment is perfect under floor heating all on one floor huge garden for the dog and beautiful inside so homely I could not wish for better and now I have found this will always stay here .well done Keswick cottages for making our holiday the best again see you soon

Lovely cottage
Have stayed here several times before. Always excellent. The dogs loved the large garden area. A few useful things like kitchen roll, cling film, and more toilet rolls would be good. Also the TV has a shadow across the top quarter. But apart from these small niggles lovely place.

Very enjoyable stay
Enjoyed a family holiday at this very impressive property perfectly situated to enjoy everything Keswick has to offer . Only concern was the entrance step which was awkward for my 90 year old mum to negotiate with her walking aid which would benefit from a ramp to enter what was orherwise a very accesible ground floor appartment.

Good location for visiting the Lakes
Ideal for a family of 6 and a dog. Handy for shops. Half mile to the lakeside. Comfy beds. Lighting is too dim for elderly readers like me, and the Settees are rather saggy too.

Bridge house apartment week
Family and our 2 dogs had a wonderful week in apartment 1. Plenty room for everyone. Can't fault apartment everything new and clean .Car park parking right at door , if walking about Keswick no need to take car as centre and lake so close. Garden perfect suntrap for sitting out , enclosed so fine to let dogs out safely last thing at night.

Excellent property in superb location
The location of this property, in central Keswick, with secure designated parking 20 yards from the front door, means ease of access is superb. The ground floor apartment is warm, comfortable, very well equipped and spacious. There is really nothing more to add.

well equipped, comfortable and clean
A family holiday (3 generations plus a dog) at Bridge House Apartment 1 for the second time - the accommodation there suits us so well and the boys love the garden. It is so handy for popping into Keswick and the shops could hardly be nearer - it's like having a very large larder! The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean and has very comfortable beds. The bus station is close by, it's a short walk to the lake and lots of choice for going out for a meal. We look forward to our third visit!

Excellent apartment
My wife and I stayed at Bridge House apartment 1 with her elderly parents and her sister, we stayed here because its on the ground floor and had 1 bedroom which was en-suite which was ideal for her parents. The apartment was very clean and very modern, loved staying here, only 1 downside which I could see was that if the weather had been bad the entrance via the kitchen living room has no cloakroom for muddy boots or wet coats, there is a laundry room but it's through the kitchen living room in the passage way. I would definitely stay here again, very comfortable apartment.

Fabulous property in a great location!
This ground floor property has everything you need for a family break with a dog!
The layout of the living kitchen is super sociable and the bedrooms are super comfortable with large beds in all 3.
Having a corridor and 2 utility areas meant walking things and dog things could be out of the way! A secure large garden meant early mornings and late night dog runs were easy. Very accessible for the town centre! Our 4th visit to this complex!!!

Bridge House Apartment 1
The apartment and grounds were outstanding. The sound of the banging grate every time a vehicle passed was very annoying so we used the back bedroom plus the grate was annoying when sat in the lovely garden. The bathroom light only stayed on for 40 seconds and the creaking floorboards in the above appartment could do with attention.

Mostly very good accommodation and facilities.
Thee are two minor gripes. The lounge lighting is too dim for me and my wife to read comfortably at night because The green lampshades are too dark. Secondly, the tennis court is getting overgrown and has sharp brambles that can injure people especially children.

Another great holiday in Keswick
We've had several stays now in Bridge House Apartments in Keswick. The cleanliness, condition etc of the property was, as always, superb. The only slight downside initially were 2 disappointed grandchildren - the trampoline had gone from the garden!
Also, on a wider issue (and through no fault whatsoever of Keswick Cottages) there were several pieces of play equipment, including the zipwire, out of action in the play area of Fitz park. This area is normally teeming with families and kids, but was very quiet this year. As this is probably the busiest time of year, and I realise that there would be some cost involved, I would have thought that the Keswick / Cumbria authorities would have addressed the problem with some urgency.
The weather behaved itself - dry all week, and despite being busy as always, I still find Keswick a really lovely town, with plenty of things to do. I also like the 'continental' feel which is beginning to appear - many of the small hospitality businesses now have tables and chairs outside on the pavement!
Booked again for next year!

We stay in this apartment every year and we love it . The apartment is close to everything we need and it is beautiful for us and the dogs it is like a home from home we will be back next year with all the family this time can’t wait . I have just recommended Keswick cottages to someone in the park and would recommend them to anyone.

Another great holiday .
Excellent location. The facilities in the apartment are fantastic. The beds very comfortable and beautifully decorated. All members of staff are friendly & helpful. We love staying at these apartments. It’s the first time we have stayed on the ground floor due to family members having disabilities but it was accessible for them. One comment, you can hear people above you especially if children are running around but it wouldn’t stop us booking again.
