« This property is maintained to a very high standard and extremely comfortable. The icing on the cake is watching the sunrise over the sea each morning. Quiet and secluded. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay. »

« The gentleman on reception when we booked in was an excellent host and a good role model for the company. He took us to our room, explained things to us about the hotel, was there again in the evening when we ate and again with us at breakfast. Food was well proportioned and freshly cooked, hot and enjoyable along with value for money. Bedroom was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable all in all we had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone. Hope to come again sometime. »

« The pub was shut while we were there . Not a problem as we eat the sherry inn across the road . Parking was a nightmare due to paying as card only and couldn’t pay on my card or phone anyone . But hotel was very comfortable had a good night sleep very clean . Would diff stay there again »

« A last minute event meant the we needed somewhere to stay so we decided to treat ourselves to Dinner Bed & Breakfast at the White Lion. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the staff were welcoming though we only go directions to our room as the lad needed to get back to the bar. The room was lovely, generally well appointed. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was gorgeous, and would be even nicer when warmer as each has a little table and chairs in front - the room had everything you could want v spacious and gorgeous Temple Spa bathroom products, and a lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of Copper House gin ;) lovely meal in the restaurant and delicious breakfast. « Amazing stay from pre-check-in to check out. Clean room with amenities. We took our dog and they provided a dog bed, towel, water bowl and treats. Perfect bolthole for a stay away. We sat and played games in the snug area of the bar with an open fire for the afternoon. There’s complimentary canapés from 5:30pm and the restaurant had dishes for all dietary requirements. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be returning again. »
