« Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again. »

« It is my second time in this hotel and I had a good time both times. The room was comfortable, breakfast is good and the complementary diner is a plus although it is a bit early (5:30 to 7:00 pm). I didn't try the outside pool but the fitness room although small is well equipped for cardio activities. I'll come back for next visit in Greenville. »

« The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. »
