Welcome to Our Happy Place, a unique Hill Country gem located in beautiful Kerrville, Texas. This spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath home is nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood and can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. This beautiful home is great for families with children/pets or a group of friends needing a break from the day-to-day hustle.



The Space:

You will feel at home from the time you walk through the door at Our Happy Place! There is plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room on the large comfortable sectional sofa for a fun game or movie night. For the chef in the group the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or just a few snacks to enjoy. Each bedroom is sure to provide a restful night’s sleep; the cozy master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 is a great place for kids or adults with its twin over full bunk bed. Smart TV’s are provided in the living room, master bedroom and bedrooms two and four and High speed internet is also available. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer during their stay.

Spend your time at Louise Hays Park which is only 2.7 miles away or take a day trip to the wineries in Fredericksburg. Then after a long day of exploring the Hill Country come relax in the large fenced backyard where the kids can run around or have fun on the playscape. Everyone will love relaxing around the firepit so don’t forget to pick up the supplies for making S’mores.

Our Happy Place is the perfect spot to make new memories from the fenced backyard to entertain kids, family, or friends to enjoying a glass of wine from the cozy front porch.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

-In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at a Kerrville area vacation rental.





Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:



Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $135 will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
