« We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor. »

« The house delivered all and more of what we required for a most enjoyable stay. There were all the comforts that the four of us wanted (and the two dogs),and those little added extras provided by the host were much appreciated.The house was wonderfully warm, with the bonus of a fireplace with plenty of wood that lasted the three days.The house was clean and well maintained, and the host very communicative and obliging. The dogs were totally safe and loved the nearby pet friendly...

« Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make. »
