« Breakfast was ok. No issue with hotel and parking »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »

« Things looked really rundown, and there were no towels available because the pool towels weren’t being taken out of the rooms. Rooms weren’t being cleaned properly a lot more expensive than we thought since we thought we were getting the breakfast included it was not. »

« Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs »

« We were pleasantly surprised. Seems to have been recently renovated. Nice people and a good spot to stop, right off the highway. There is a diner next door and a casino. I do wish however that they didn’t place a couple of guys with a noisy dog right next to us when there were several empty rooms. Shower pressure was great! I would have appreciated a bit more substantial towels however. »

« Super comfy bed! Nice continental breakfast offering for hard boiled eggs, bagels, fruit etc. Clean and quiet space. Easy access. Worked perfectly for our stop over. . »

« This is the best place to stay in this town.I wouldnt stay anywhere else. Great friendly staff My only complaint is the pool never seems to be open. »

« There were a couple of purely cosmetic issues, overall it was a great place to spend the night and I would happily stay there longer. Coffee and a hairdryer in the room which is a rarity anymore but much appreciated. »

« Accueil très sympatique, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Fridge. Mauvaise wifi, mais surtout chambre très mal insonorisée: on entendait clairement tout ce que disaient nos voisins de chambre. Dommage, sinon c'était parfait. »

« They were rude at check-in.There were cockroaches all over the room.\nNo towels no nothing nasty bed sheets had to ask for towels and they was dirty i went to the store and bought my own very poor place to stay »

« Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere. »
