« Concept très sympathique : architecture locale, des appartement avec terrasse au bord de la mer avec beaux jardins. Un des meilleurs restaurants de la ville. L'hotel a un peu vielli et les travaux de rénovation sont les bienvenus. »

« Long check in times despite being the only clients. Room key didn't work. Apartment building right across a garbage dump. Noisy at night from the street. Only 1 single towel. No soap . No kitchen soap or towels or paper towel. Bathroom walls peeling and warped. Otherwise the apartment was nicely furnished and bed comfortable and clean. »

« Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall. »

« The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to...
