The Neighborhood:

The Kenwood Villa resides in the exclusive neighborhood of Forest Creek in Pinehurst. The Forest Creek Golf Club possesses 36 holes of Pinehurst’s most renowned golf courses with world class amenities. No parking is allowed on the street.



Forest Creek Golf Club’s South Course Measures 7,067 yards, with wide fairways, gentle slopes and scenic water views. Opened in 1996,Tom Fazio’s South Course drew inspiration from Augusta National’s rolling, parkland style layout. Upon opening, the South Course was selected by Golf Digest as the third-best new residential course in the country. Pinehurst Magazine named it the second-best golf experience in the Pinehurst area based on votes of area head golf professionals – second only to the famed Pinehurst No. 2.



Forest Creek Golf Club’s North Course opened in 2005 and immediately ranked among the Top 100 courses in the country. Featuring sprawling sandy waste areas along with deeper and scruffier bunkers, Fazio gave the North Course a pine barrens feel, drawing comparisons to the famed Pine Valley in New Jersey. Perhaps the toughest and most picturesque challenge of the North Course is the penultimate string of holes (15, 16 and 17) wrapped around a large lake. Each hole offers a unique and invigorating experience.

Pinehurst is a small, quaint town with unmatched beauty and charm. Ride-sharing services are not as abundant here, like other large cities. Please keep this in mind when arranging services.
