« It was wonderful, staff were helpful, rooms were clean. »

« One of the main outlets did not work in the room and the tv kept disconnecting from the cable and we had to reset it multiple times. However the room was clean and the remodel was very nice! »

« We typically stay at nicer hotels but, were only going to be there to sleep for the night so 8 hours. It was fine for that, but conditions in the room were not great. The shower faucet was broken, which made it difficult to get hot water. There was plaster and tile chipping off the walls in the bathroom and TP holder broken. Good for 8 hours but would not want to stay beyond that. »

« This was a very run down establishment. I do not recall any option where I chose a smoking room, as I would not do that. Regardless, the room smelled terrible. All of my clothes still smells and it will take multiple washes to get the scent out. The sheets and curtains had holes from cigarettes. The bathroom was underwhelming. Updates need to be done. This was worth $10 at best. »

« Everything was great. The staff at the front desk, and cleaning staff was very helpful. The only criticism I have is that the towels could have be in better condition. »

« The ‘hot’ breakfast consisted of microwaved Egg product, hash brown, and something labeled chicken were cold and absolutely disgusting! Our room was spacious but several stains on the carpet were awful. The king bed was comfortable. The hotel’s common areas were clean »

« We asked about early check in before the Railbird Festival and the staff gladly let us check in at 12:30. The property was very clean(almost sterile feeling). Parking was a breeze and breakfast was great! There are many food options close. Just around the corner you’ll find a Kroger, Walmart and a mall. I’d recommend this particular Hampton Inn for any trip close to Lexington. »

« Microwave did not work. When we tried to use it it sparked and caught fire. When we notified the front desk they said they would bring up a replacement and never did. Breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast, just coffee and juice. Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge needed cleaning but overall it wasn't a terrible stay. »

« Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall. Drew at the front desk check us in and he was very friendly and a great host. »
