About the Property:
An open-concept lofted retreat offers a primary room with en suite bathroom alongside a guest bed and full bath on the main floor, both with memory foam queen beds, closets, & storage.

The loft office provides a dedicated workspace and includes a 3rd, king-size mattress within a giant, cozy faux fur bean bag. You can see a picture of the convertible bean bag included, keeping in mind that is the mattress not fully expanded and without bedding. Extra bedding and pillows are included in the drawers in the loft as well as the storage benches in each bedroom!

A fully-stocked kitchen, complete with all the basic cooking necessities, complementary snacks, bottled water, and a coffee-maker and kettle for your morning brew of choice. Extended white quartz countertops provide bar seating while looking to the living and dining areas to connect with loved ones from the heart of the home.

Amenities continue as guests enjoy the smart TV + streaming, a garage to protect them and their vehicle from the elements, and a full laundry area offering washer, gas-powered dryer, and ironing supplies.

Outdoor seating at the front patio bistro table or private backyard dining set allows guests to fully enjoy the tranquil neighborhood and large back yard.

Unique design features such as the spiral staircase, skylight, and interior balcony add character and charm for the entirety of the stay.

There are security cameras monitoring the exterior entrances of the home including the front door, side patio, and garage door/storage. They do not record conversation unless the speaker on the front ring doorbell is being used. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
