It has remained in the family ever since and was recently sold, with the promise that it would not be torn down. Situated directly on the oceanfront, with the beach just steps from your door, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views, salty breezes, and the soothing sound of the waves.

This home is not modern or updated, and that’s part of its magic. You’ll find original woodwork, vintage fixtures, and the kind of timeless character you can’t recreate. It’s comfortable and clean, but intentionally preserved to reflect its historic roots.

With unbeatable beach access, a welcoming porch, and walkable convenience to downtown Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, this is a truly special place for those who appreciate history, simplicity, and the natural beauty of Maine’s southern coast.

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
