The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, nightstands with bedside lighting, fresh new linens, plenty of closet space, and direct access to the fully covered private balcony. Step outside to enjoy your own private hot tub and patio furniture while taking in stunning lake views.

The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful freestanding tub, while a second full bathroom provides added convenience. Fresh, quality towels are provided for your stay.

The open living room includes a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, coffee table, and Smart TV, allowing the suite to sleep up to four guests. The wet bar includes a sink, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, wine glasses, dishes, and utensils—everything you need for easy meals, snacks, and drinks.

While there is no stove or cooktop in the suite, guests also have access to a shared kitchen within the building.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you have everything you need. Your suite includes toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Please note: Your private hot tub is open year-round. The shared pool is typically open from mid-May to early October, with exact dates determined by strata and subject to change. Sierra Vacation Rentals is not responsible if the shared pool is closed outside of our control.

This rental includes only the upper level. The lower level is occupied by the owner, with a door and separate staircase providing privacy and separation between the two spaces.

Guests also have full access to the building’s amenities, including the outdoor infinity pool, communal hot tub, outdoor sauna, and indoor golf simulator. One indoor parking stall is included.

A car is not necessary to enjoy your stay. The Aqua Building is located in Kelowna`s walkable Lower Mission neighbourhood, with beaches, restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops all within walking distance. Public transit stops are conveniently located along Lakeshore Drive, providing easy access to downtown Kelowna, the waterfront, shopping centres, and other attractions. Ride-sharing services and taxis are readily available, and the city`s extensive waterfront and cycling paths make it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike.

LISTING NOTES:

• Free Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.

• One underground parking stall is included. Please note the maximum vehicle height is 6`8` (2.03 m).

• There is no washer or dryer in the suite. Please plan accordingly; nearby laundry facilities are available.

• There is no stove, oven, or cooktop in this suite. The kitchen is a convenient bar-style setup with a sink, dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. Pandosy Village and downtown Kelowna offer plenty of excellent dining options nearby.

• This suite sleeps a maximum of four guests.

• We love dogs, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term stays due to strata regulations. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.

• Aqua is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the suite, on balconies, and in all common areas. Violations will result in a $200 fine plus any applicable cleaning costs.
