« The place was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Cookies were delicious upon check in! Beds were comfortable and shower was very nice. Location is great with many walkable restaurants and shops. A Harris Teeter directly across the parking lot! Breakfast food was very good. I enjoyed the homemade oatmeal and the mini egg omelets. The coffee was not very good and the warm water to make tea was lukewarm. There was no decaf tea option. I would definitely...

« Très bien très bon petit déjeuner »

« This is a beautiful old home. I found out it was built in the 1800's and was moved to the location it sits on now. The staff was very helpful and even though there was a slight mix up when I got there it was quickly resolved. The shower in the room I stayed in was very small. The bed was very soft. It did not occur to me to ask if they had a room with a firm bed. There were a lot of pillows on the bed which reminded me of my home bed. I did not understand the wide gap at the base of the...

« We had a wonderful stay, the home was clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. Everything was exactly as described, and we would happily stay here again. »

« Great location »

« This is a very pleasant hotel and facility »

« Very cozy and an excellent location close to many shops and restaurants. Guests should be aware that the bedroom/loft is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs which might be an issue for middle of the night trips. Also note that the balcony is a shared space. Also be aware that there may be live music outdoors nearby on some nights- host did provide earplugs in the snack basket (thanks!) but I found turning the AC fan from Auto to On all the time masked the music well. Overall we really...

« Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. »
