« Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

« The building is looking decent (you can tell they have made recent improvements), the room had much to be desired. Non-draining sink that was chipped and stained, bathtub had molded grout, and peeling wall. I did enjoy sitting by the outside pool in the morning reading, however when I tried to get back to my room and got lost, a staff member was quite rude and said you can't come through here (empty board room) not in a nice way at all.
