We tried calling contact and it took 30 minutes to finally get the real address. Our check-in was suppose to be at 4pm. « Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. « This was an ok place to stay, we were not there much. I booked this to have some where more private than a hotel room to sleep for my daughter and I going to Cedar Point. The steps going to the upper unit were very steep and shakey. I would have preferred the lower unit, but did not pay attention there was more than one uint on this property. »
