### Accommodation configuration

Villa Eleftheria comprises a 3-bedroom Main Villa and a separate Garden Suite with a fourth bedroom and additional bathroom.

For groups of up to 6 guests, the Main Villa is normally provided. The Garden Suite is included automatically for groups of more than 6 guests.

For smaller groups who would like to enjoy the Garden Suite as well, it can be added for an additional supplement. Please contact us before booking to arrange this.

The Main Villa accommodates up to 6 adults and features:

• A master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony
• Two additional bedrooms (double or twin configuration), each with its own balcony

• A spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area
• Large covered terraces for outdoor dining and relaxation

### The Garden Suite

The separate Garden Suite has its own private entrance and is not internally connected to the Main Villa, making it especially popular with grandparents, older children or couples who appreciate a little extra independence.

It includes:

• A bedroom with a double bed plus one single bed and an en-suite bathroom
• An open-plan lounge and kitchen area
• Direct access to the pool, gardens and barbecue area
• Step-free access suitable for guests with limited mobility

### Everything You Need for a Relaxing Holiday

Enjoy the private infinity pool with jacuzzi jets and a submerged seating area, outdoor dining spaces, a Weber gas barbecue, table tennis, pétanque, fitness equipment, board games and a smart TV with streaming services.

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided, and a mid-stay housekeeping and linen change service is included for longer stays.

Families travelling with young children can request baby cots and high chairs, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 3 additional infants or toddlers.
